This customer purchased a hot tub from our business on 8/12/15 and it was delivered on 9/8/15. The sales order signed by the customer clearly states there are no refunds. When the hot tub was delivered on 9/8/15 the proper operation and maintenance was explained to the customer. Owner's manuals and...

guides were left with the customer. The only other visit to the customer occurred on 4/16/16. The water condition was found to be very bad due to improper customer maintenance. Our service technician assisted in draining the hot tub and again explaining operation and maintenance. The service technician also removed and cleaned the water treatment chamber that completely clogged due to improper water maintenance. The services and service call were performed at no charge to the customer.
