I returned a product w/in 18 hours but they cashed my check and 2 weeks later still have not refunded my money.
I purchased a *** vacuum and wrote a personal check. That night they returned to my home to take back part of purchase to give to another customer in the neighborhood even though I already paid for it. I then called and told them to pick up their vacuum, return mine along with the personal check. John *** came to get the vacuum but did not give me my check: he said he would mail it. He mailed my check but had already deposited it electronically the same day the vacuum was purchased so I no longer had a product or the $985. I called him right away demanding for a check back. One week passed *** still no check so now my husband called and they told him they would mail it. Another week later no check still. There is no common sense with this company sending me my old check knowing they already deposited it and stole $985. I will be filing a felony police report later this week because of this. Myself and husband have left messages with their corporate office and they have no returned my calls back. John *** was the supervisor involved in this transaction and the one who collected and returned my already electronically deposited check. This is horrible business practice and as a military spouse who has her husband 2,000 miles away at another duty station alone with 4 kids we rely on just his income I can't play their games anymore. They knew we were military family and took full advantage.
