Device was still Apple Locked when returned to the customer on May *, Since we cannot buy Devices that are Apple Locked we had to return it to herThere were several email exchanges with the customer in between, and a final confirmation of Return of the Device was also intimated to her on May *, I hope this resolves the Complaint

The photo that they sent was of the one package they sent, but I have an email stating she sent was sending me the second package of my items at question. She sent the phone but did not send all the attachments I sent to them. She claimed over a month ago they were sent. I only received the one package as I stated in my claim.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] I sent the company a snapshot to show that Apple stated it was unlock.  I have that email and the snapshot.  So to me, this response is not true.   I sent them a phone with the plug in to charge it, earplugs never used still in package to listen and the box the phone came in with all the attachments.......as if it was new.  To allow them to sell all attachments in mint condition to better market the product for them.    They have not sent that back to me and you can not plug the phone in and there are no more attachments to the phone which makes it hard to sell somewhere else or use it.  I have a confirm email stating they sent all that stuff back to me over two weeks ago and still nothing has came in the mail.   This company has made me wait and wait, plus wrote smart commitments on the emails when responding to me, took their time and only answer me once I sent two and three emails threatening for a response back, to find out why they had not sent me any money for the payment.   If I had not sent emails professionally all the time, they would not of responded in a timely manner, or respond unless you send them several emails,  nor do they have customer "good service" and if you do not stay on them they will not tell you what is going on and just hold you in limbo and hold your phone without any explanation to why.    I erase my iphone as requested by them, and did all the unlocking as they asked, and have the snapshots showing that Apple's states the phone is unlock and erased, yet their response is it is not unlock.  I believe they received this complaint with Revdex.com and that is the only reason they sent my phone back with none of the attachments I sent with it.   When I wrote asking for the attachments I got an email stating I should not of sent the attachments in the first place, yet they did not state that when they got the phone????  (because it states it in their directions)   They stated it has been mailed separately to me.  It does not take two weeks for something to get to me.  It's been two weeks since she told me that and still nothing.    They did not spell it out in their directions, I read it over and if they have it in there now, it's because they changed the wording.     I still want all the original attachments that were sent with this iphone.   I can't even plug it in to see if it works!!!! So I still hold that their customer service is poor and they will hold your merchandise for weeks before even responding to you, they have you erase everything where there is no trace of your phone and will not respond to you and only respond after you contact Revdex.com complaint.    I believe if I  had not of contacted Revdex.com, I would of never heard from them or got my phone back because I would've never been able to trace it.  I  have placed an attachment showing Apple's says the phone has been erase........please view [redacted]    I still want my attachments accessories, original box paperwork, earplugs, plug in charger etc back.   I can't do anything with the phone nor see if what they sent to me, is even a phone will all the equipment inside.  Can't turn it on without the charger and other attachments to it.  Still missing items.   copy of the snapshot I sent to her on a email in April.   I want all the accessories that were sent to them back.    I am not satisfied
