My husband and I have used Envirowash for many years and the finished work has always been outstanding We wouldn't even consider using anyone elseJust recently we had the roof, house and deck power washed, in addition to having our deck stained, all with excellent resultsAlso, they are careful to protect the plants, etcI just want to compliment them for continuing to do excellent workThey never disappoint
The tech crews are not only very good at what they do, but really nice and pleasant to work with Wish all contractors were like this one, first class in every way

Excellent work by Environwash in treating cracks in my concrete aggregate driveway. The work included, steam cleaning the dirveway grinding out the cracks, filling them with a glue or adhesive and then placing small aggregate stones in the cracks. This followed by sealing the entire surface with a high quality sealing substance. I am well pleased. Their work saved me from either an unsightly driveway that would have been further damaged by winter weather or needing to be torn out and replaced.

Review: ON 3/8/13, I HAD THE AGGREGATE PART OF MY DRIVE WAY WASHED AND SEALED BY ENVIROWASH FOR 676.00. AT THE SAME TIME, THEY CAME BACK AND DID CRACK REPAIR TO ALL CRACKS ON BACK PAD AREA & REPLACEMENT OF WOOD EXPANSION JOINT ON FRONT WALKWAY. THE AMOUNT OF THAT SERVICE WAS 805.00. BY THE BEGINNING OF SUMMER, 2014, I NOTICED THAT ALL OF THE CRACKS THAT THEY HAD REPAIRED HAD COME BACK IN THE SAME AREA. I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR ENVIROWASH TO CALL ME AND DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK ON 10/8/14 FROM [redacted] WHO STATED THAT HE WOULD COME OUT AND VIEW THE CRACKS WHICH RE-OCCURRED. AFTER THAT DATE, I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, NOT ONLY ON HIS CELL PHONE BUT WITH THE COMPANY TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THE CRACKS WHICH RE-OCCURRED IN LESS THAN 15 MONTHS AFTER REPAIR. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ENVIROWASH CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT THE ISSUE THAT HAS RE-OCCURRED IN LESS THAN 18 MONTHS FOR A REPAIR I THINK SHOULD HAVE LASTED FOR YEARS.

After meeting with Envirowash's sales representative, I engaged them to repair the cracks in my aggregate driveway. This is one of their specialty offerings. The salesman showed before and after computer pictures of driveways in the exact condition of mine. These pictures showed driveway cracks completely repaired. The estimate for their work was $1,255. The work consisted of grinding out the cracks and filling with epoxy and aggregate stone, washing and sealing the driveway. When the job was completed it looked absolutely horrible. My "repaired" driveway looked exactly like the "before" pictures used in their advertisement! After complaining, they agreed that the result was not to the satisfaction of all parties. They began explaining how sometimes it does not work out as planned. They performed the repair a second time with very little improvement. After discussing the injustice of the $1,255 charge for such a "botched" job, the cost was reduced to $750(a $505) reduction. Although still angry, I realize that this is all in the past(May 2013). My complaint is that this company continues to advertise in newspapers with the same "before/after" pictures which are misleading and that policy should be stopped!
