Company confirmed multiple times that adding basement bathroom and bedroom would be done by Memorial Day 2018 after starting mid March 2018 but ended up not being completed 3 days before Thanksgiving 2018–8 months. I paid all payments on time and full amount of final contract. So in March 2019 I get letter stating that building supplier company has not been by Envisage for materials purchased summer 2018 and used for my project. Do Envisage did not pay its suppliers and tries to put that responsibility on homeowner who already paid in full FIVE months earlier. I needed to have Envisage staff come back multiple times to fix plumbing leaks, see through and patching painting, gaps in trim seams and replacing wrong bathroom counter top with one we selected in June 2018. My advice is not to do
business with Envisage BC.

I apologize that you feel this way. We would have liked you to have contacted us about the supplier as we did have information to provide to you. I know that the project took longer then expected, but we where short staffed due to medical issues. Now when there was any issue Envisage did repair the issue. As some items get ordered incorrectly we did change the countertop to the correct one. Please let us know if there is anything we are able to do to resolve the situation.
