Mr. and Miss [redacted] were upset because the class was not included in their budget as clearly indicated. We also have email responses of them knowing the class was not included in their project. We did give them a credit of $500  to help compensate. We completed the job and they left...

town without paying us for three weeks came back into town and took another week to pay us. Mr. was completely rude  via telephone conversations after showing him the emails of him acknowledging the glass was an owner provided item.This job is also close

Envision Design actually illegally changed our original contract to a second one that,front loaded them with the majority of the money before work was finished. This contract was never signed by either party. Now that we filed a complaint with the Contractor's State License Board, they have had an Industry Expert come out and confirm that the amount of money paid to Envision is far more than the amount of work finished by Envision. It is noe over five months since Envision has done any work in our home. We literally have four walls in our kitchen/Living room. Not a single cabinet, sink appliance or even electricity!

Mr [redacted] Illegally wanted to delete work 6 months after signing contract and trying to change payment schedule. We have the [redacted] involved and is overseeing the project to completion.

 I recently submitted a complaint to Revdex.com regarding [redacted] and Envision Design. The ID number is [redacted]. We have since had a very long meeting and have worked out the issues. [redacted] worked with us and we now have a better understanding of the issue of him not paying the sub-contractors. He had paid them up to a certain date, and the sub-contractors were waiting for their next payment to continue working. Thank you very much for being available to assist us with this, but I would like to rescind my complaint. After signing a contract, The owner changed the payment schedule. The new schedule front loaded Envision with additional monies. We now have about half of the work completed, but Envision has refused to do any more work for the past two months until addition payments are made. We have already paid 85% of our total amount, Envision wants all but the final $10,000 in order to begin work again. We have had no kitchen since May. We have been dining out for every meal.
