I signed up for personal training sessions with [redacted] which uses Envision Health and WellnessI signed up for a month contract and that ended in MarchAfter the month term it stated that they would take funds out monthly until a day written letter had been sentI only received an email address from the gym in regards to how to cancel the payment planSince march I have tried contacting Envision times on email and have also tried calling the number in the email that was automatically sent stating that they would get back to me in a reasonable amount of timeThat was the end of March beginning of MayI have gone to the gym times now trying to get their help and have also had no such luckI lost my job in March and have been trying to get my bills in order and cut corners where I can and this is one big expense that I have been trying to get handled
