We’ve already authorized the homeowner to have his roofer of choice complete the repair,...
which they did, and we have sent payment to them directly. Additionally, we are scheduled for the drywall repairs on 4/12.
Review: When we repainted the house, Envision painting also performed a fix to our fascia board. The fixes to the fascia board was not done properly that resulted in leak inside the house (i.e., water stain due to leaking that is visible on the drywall inside the house). We would like Envision painting to fix the improper repair of the fascia board and the water stain (due to the water leak) on the dry wall.Desired Settlement: We would like Envision painting to fix the improper repair of the fascia board and the water stain (due to the water leak) on the dry wall.
