an agent of this business has designed a website for *** with ***. She has also maintained this site. A of January 2020 my site has been off line. Mrs *** has vanished. I can not resolve any issue with *** because Mrs *** is the owner of my site. On January 8, 2020, Mrs *** told me, via a voice message, that I am the owner of the site. However, *** has informed that Mrs. owns the site. I am not receiving any email from my site, my online calendar is off line, potential clients can not reach me or make payments to me. On January 14th *** send me an email message stating that my method of payment to renew had failed. On February 5th, *** withdrew one hundred fifty six dollars ($156.00) from my checking account. I have received no email, or other evidence, to state that the payment went to the account for my site.
I also wrote a check to Mrs. to copyright a lesson plan that I have created and I have yet to see any documentation. I am concerned about loss of business. loss of my web domain, loss of my money and loss of my lesson plan. The woman has ghosted me. She is non-responsive and unreachable.
