I was parked for one week in their services from July 10th to 16th, When I came back to pick up my car we were surprised when we were given a $voucher for the businessThe truth is, there were damages on the driver's side mirror area and it was repainted but badlyI called them about this issue where they promptly denied that ever happeningThis is unacceptable, the least they could've done was be honest

I received a broken key back from Park2Go Value Valet - Calgary when I returned from vacation last night. I just spoke to their manager and he said the key broke because it was old and that they aren't responsible. It was fine when I dropped it off as I took it out of the ignition and handed it to the attendant. Amar the manager insisted that it was due to nothing they did. I then said I would appreciate at least a refund of my full fees, I paid [redacted] as no one even told me that the key had been broken, I found out when I went out to my car to drive home (after I already paid). He said no. I said that I received horrible customer service when they didn't tell me what had happened, I had to discover it myself. He offered me a coupon for my next visit, like I'd ever use them again. I said I wanted a full refund, he said no and offered 50% back. I again stated that they gave me horrible customer service and I wanted a full refund. He said no. These guys are [redacted] The fact it the key broke in their possession and they never even acknowledged it but rather blamed me is appalling. All I am asking for is my money back for the stay, a whopping [redacted] and they won't even do that. How do companies get away with such [redacted] service? I just want them to do the right thing here and refund my fees.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I used services of Park2Go on June 23, The employee of Park2Go took my carbag with electronics and dropped it on the concrete He broke my carbag in two places He also damaged my laptop and digital camera
Immediately after this accident, I have sent an email to the *** to let the management know that they caused a lot of damage to me Please note that they did not deny their actions on receiving my email on June 23, immediately after accidentI had to fly out in minsIn two days, Amar *** emailed me that he will be looking into how to compensate me for damages caused by his company
Amar ***, operations manager, was completely unprofessional in his communicationI contacted them several times before he replied to me He has not replied to my email to set up a time to talk He made me to chase him and call him several times He has not answered the phone when I called him on his cell phone **

I have used these guys for number of years without issues until last weekUpon pick up, noticed two long scratches on a doorI am adamant it wasn't there before, and they are adamant it didn't happen while in their care, and so it's a case of he said she said without much I can doSo you have to ask yourself whether you're ok if this happened to youConsider these options1) their competitor is competitively priced, offers different loyalty rewards, is self park, so there's no wage worker handling your carNo one is moving your car up to the front waiting for your return where lots of people are loading and unloading luggage in tight areas brushing against your car2) Park2Go may clear the snow off your windshield, I always find they do an ok job but I always have to finish it myself3) both options & are outdoors parking so you are exposed to hail storms in summerYou can park at the airport for about $more for that peace of mindI know my scratched door is going to cost more than $to fix
Here is all they said
"I have looked at the scratch and it doesn't seem like it happened while in our care
But, we can curtailing have it polished for you when you park with us the next time
Please email me when you have plans to park with us again and we can get it looked after."

I have used this service multiple time and The overall service provided was greatDrop off was quick and the employees were very friendly Pick up was also quick
On the last two occasions I have had issues at Payment which I would caution anyone who considers using them
*** - if you get a quote, keep a copy because they overprice upon checkout
My scenario: I pay by debit and have to pay at the shack when leaving I had a quote for $for daysUpon checkout he charged me $I stated that I had a quote and showed him, he told me that they will ALWAYS abide, adjusted the fee and then told me the charge was $(ish) dollars I asked why again it was higher than the quote and he said taxes were not included on the quote I checked and there is a specific line for taxes and feesThe all inclusive quote was $
Moral of the story, since this happened to me twice I believe they maybe intentionally overpricingAlways refer back to your quote
