I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I called Envizon on Wednesday december 21...(3 times).  Still no response.  I cannot help the fact that the one time they called me...I was at work.  I only work 3 nites a week.  Just because they called me only one time in weeks, does not mean that they have made any attempt to rectify this situation.  I am very very discouraged by all this and getting more and more upset. The only other correspondence I have, other than calling the company 6 times, is, calling the Home Shopping Network two times.Thank you for your attention in the matter.Kathleen Riggio
