Review: Made a purchase of 4 pairs of socks and 1 child's t-shirt at their store in Atwater, CA. Sign on the rack read $15 each item. I asked sales person outside monitoring items and she said yes everything on rack was that price. Once I went inside to pay at the register another sales person said no everything was 50% not $15. I went outside and original sign was no longer on the rack (no sign was posted in it's place on ? I decide I didn't want those items at 50% off. Instead I bought other items (socks this rack). Asked original sales girl still outside and she said yes there was a $15 sign (which no longer was there) The girl at register said the girl was not an employee could be ROP student but she wasn't sure who she was. Crazy since the original girl was still helping move the clothes to a different rack. How do you not know your employeesregular $28 and $24.00) which were advertised in a basket 50% off price. When she ran them thru the system/cash register it didn't ring the proper price and she manually changed the price to reflect 50%. Next day I went to their Turlock store to exchange the socks for other colors. Manager on register said Atwater made a mistake and under charged me. I was only exchanging across the board (even exchange I thought) after looking at the receipt It wasn't even exchange I was rung up at $14.99 each. How is that 50% off of $28 and $24.99 (False advertisement)So I was given 1 pair of socks less than original purchase due to the price difference. I tried to explain this to the "store manager" but she did not care. She called someone in Atwater store I assume manager/[redacted] and came back with same information. It was only a $6 total difference for all the socks. I told her to keep merchandise and I want my money back not store credit due to the false advertisement of their products. What does 50% mean? Apparently nothing to this store. Learn how to do math and not rip people off!Desired Settlement: I will never go back and shop at any of their Envy stores (3 total) due to false advertisement of their sales. What does 50% mean? I want a full refund of $66.42 and NOT store credit! I had asked for original receipt back along with the credit receipt and she (Turlock manager) said she didn't know where it went and if it was in the trash she wasn't going to look for it. I said I would and that is when she reached down in the trash and pulled out the receipt which was right on top.
