I am responding to a complaint against Central Virginia Waste Management Authority (CVWMA) – case # [redacted] The CVWMA is a public service authority that serves member local governmentsThe customer stated that CVWMA did not collect the trash and that trash was sitting on the street from Wed1/3/at least through 1/9/ CVWMA received the complaint on 1/19/ The CVWMA does not provide trash collection in [redacted] County, however we do contract for recycling collection through a contract with the private sector Upon receipt of the complaint, I personally drove by Mr [redacted] house at [redacted] *** and up and down the street on the afternoon of 1/19/ At that time, we did not see any trash or recycling out on the street Also, on 1/19, I emailed (attached) and left a voicemail for Mr [redacted] at the contact information provided in your letter, to try and address the complaint As of today, 1/29/18, Mr [redacted] has not responded to either to discuss the issue So, I assume that you will disregard and close this complaint Thank you for your assistance, Regards,Kim H***

Wed. 1/3/18 at least through 1/9/18.  CVWMA received the complaint on 1/19/18.  The CVWMA does not provide trash collection in [redacted] County, however we do contract for recycling collection through a contract with the private sector.  Upon receipt of the complaint, I personally drove by Mr. [redacted] house at [redacted] and up and down the street on the afternoon of 1/19/18.  At that time, we did not see any trash or recycling out on the street.  Also, on 1/19, I emailed (attached) and left a voicemail for Mr. [redacted] at the contact information provided in your letter, to try and address the complaint.  As of today, 1/29/18, Mr. [redacted] has not responded to either to discuss the issue.  So, I assume that you will disregard and close this complaint.  Thank you for your assistance, Regards,Kim H[redacted]
