I am ok with this company. I am not sure they had our best interest at hand, Our initial complaint was that our front room was hot during the summer or cold during the winter. We invited Envy into our home, and we decided it was time to make the investment and seal up and insulate our home however the work completed towards the end of summer of last year and everything seemed "ok" though we had to have them come out on multiple occasions to adjust the air-flow. Unfortunately, we were really not able to thoroughly test due to the weather changing, and the need for AC was no longer needed. Well, here we are again heading into the summer months with 100temperatures. It appears we solved the issue with the front of the house, but now we have a problem with our Master bedroom and subarctic conditions while the rest of the house requires fans. I really wish I could get them to come out and undo the ductwork they did because my house is not heating or cooling right. Our temps in the house range between 78 - 84 degrees. There is no consistency.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Envy. Totally professional and flexible with working with the whole crew. The Energy Star Certificate is a great selling point.

We took a chance on Envy after finding them at the Home Show. We had them come out for the $99 review and were very pleased with how they approached fixing the issues they found. We were very happy with the "sales" process which felt more like a partnership. There was no pressure, no question left hanging and there were real options for how to fix the issues without breaking the bank. We not only updated the insulation and duct work, but added a solar water heater.
After signing the contract, Envy delivered exactly what they said they would. The employees that came out were efficient and answered our perpetual questions. The job was done on time and correctly.
Even though it is still cool here this time of year, we can already tell a difference in the temperature consistency in the all the rooms without the heater running all the time. We will have to update this review after we experience summer temperatures.
The inspection by SRP and an outside contractor showed that Envy had surpassed the results we were hoping to achieve based on our initial review by Envy.
Envy really is a good company that delivers what they say.

Envy is an excellent company. The employees who came to our home were very knowledgeable, answering all our questions, and made sure the job site stayed clean. We can already feel the difference in how cool our house is.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very thorough and walked us through each step. They did not pressure us to do anything we did not want to do.

ENVY! GREAT company, which actually wants to save you money. If you can only do one project this year do the energy audit. This will help you start saving money on energy cost that day.

I recently purchase a 2 story home in Arizona and the first thing I notice was when I walked up stairs I could feel the heat and how hot it was upstairs compared to downstairs. As we all know heat raises, anyway I decided to have an energy home check up done to see how what could be done about that heat upstairs and save on energy. An Envy Homes Representative came out to discuss the energy program with me and show me how heat is coming into the home and what can be done to reduce the heat. After the evaluation and seeing the hot spots throughout my home and how the heat is coming into my home I was surprise. Long story short, after everything was done I immediately felt a difference from before, has I walk up the stairs It was much cooler. Having my home check was an excellent ideal. The work you done is excellent. Thanks Envy job well done. Love the solar screens and thinks for working around my work schedule. Very Respectful company and will work with you.
