I have attached screen shots of a messege sent on March 20,via instagram that was not answeredI commented to ivy P [redacted] on her envy ivy boutique instagram page today, April 9,in which I received a generic response with no follow up

I have attached the bank statement that shows the amount of $that was taken from my bank account from the businessI have also attached an email inquiring about the product

I have attached the bank statement that shows the amount of $73.50 that was taken from my bank account from the business. I have also attached an email inquiring about the product.

Review: I order a jacket from this business oct 1 2014, the jacket came in december and it did not match the advertised product. I immediately contact the business via Instagram to return it. I returned the jacket and was told to put in my list for my exchange...I later seen the jacket on [redacted] for 50 bucks or less, I paid 110 dollars. The business owner Ivy P[redacted] told me noes times she had sent my items month after month. I have yet to receive anything and I started screens hotting the conversations. She owes me $100 since she can't produce any items. I gave her amble time thinking maybe she bit off more than she could chew, now over a year later it just seems like fraud.Desired Settlement: Its been over a year I would only like all of my money back, I even gave her the opportunity to send me anything she had in my size.

Review: Website states 7-14days. I needed item by a certain date. Still hasn't been shipped. I no longer need the item. Website falsely states a certain time, but company does not perform to what is stated. I tried contacting company on different occassions through instagram, email, and also by phone with my bank on the line as well. Phone number is disconnected and she does not respond via email nor instagram. I want my refund. The date has come and gone for which I needed the item. It is no longer needed. The item is also a wool trench coat. It is now spring. Refund PLEASE!Desired Settlement: Refund only! Refunds are to be given to unsatifisied customers when what you state is not imposed. She stated 7-14days. It has been a month. No contact with customers after they receive an automated payment received email. If there is a problem with items customers should be informed and given a choice on what is to be done there after

Review: On 1/29/15 I made a purchase online at envyivyboutique.com for $149.00 plus $12.00 S&H for a total of $161.00. I returned the jacket the day after I received it as it was too small. The item was sent back to the address that was listed on the business website. After several failed attempts by UPS I reached out to the business owner via e-mail to find out when her business is open to receive the returned item. She never responded therefore a call was placed to her. Business owner then informed me via phone call that the address listed on the website is an old address and sent me the correct address to return the item via e-mail. On 2/10/15 the item was finally received by the business owner. An e-mail was sent informing the owner of the items I would like in exchange. After several e-mails and phone calls no attempt was made to assure me when I would get my exchanged items. I placed a call to business owner on 3/10/15 and she stated she appreciated my patience and she would respond to my e-mail later that evening. That did not happen. On 3/12/15 I called envy ivy (business owner) and was informed she is running the business by herself and will be sending an e-mail within a few days w/shipment detail. On 3/18/15 2 calls was placed to business owner to no avail (did not answer phone). It is now over a month since I returned the jacket and I have not been given any updates as to anything and what has been stated has been a lie.I must also say that after looking at several reviews of said business, owner points out her return policy and that she does not give refunds. However, she appears to make no attempts to resolve issues that may arise with orders and returns therefore her refund policy is null and void. She should not be allowed to operate this business as it comes off as very fraudulent. If there is no communication or timely turnaround of goods then customers should be entitled to a full refund.Desired Settlement: I have made more than enough attempts to resolve this issue and am now requesting a refund of the purchase price of the item, $149.00. This should be granted as the statue of limitations has run out in regards to me receiving an exchange worth the purchase price of my jacket.I must also say that after looking at several reviews of said business, owner points out her return policy and that she does not give refunds. However, she appears to make no attempts to resolve issues that may arise with orders and returns therefore her refund policy is null and void. She should not be allowed to operate this business as it comes off as very fraudulent. If there is no communication or timely turnaround of goods then customers should be entitled to a full refund.

She's a fraud people. In 2014, had the same problem. Don't order from her. She never responds, but stays on IG and just deletes comments and responds to everyone the same way. I ordered a coat I never got. Had to dispute with my bank to get my money and so many others have this issue.
