Review: I paid for order # [redacted] on 6/10/2013. Have not received product. Customer service for this company is non existent.

I ordered product from Envy nail supply on 6/10/13 order # [redacted] I waited all the way till 6/24/13 then emailed your company that I have not received my product. NO RESPONSE from Envy nail supply. One week later I called. NO RESPONSE to the message I left. No person working for the company has ever answered the phone either. On July 5 2013 I again sent an email. NO RESPONSE. I have called repeatedly since 7/5/13. I have never received response from any one who works for this company. I do not want your product. I am requesting a full refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I want the $21.80 that I was charged back. Full refund.

I rarely complain but ENVY has WORST Customer Service ever went to buy product I asked for a certain liquid at ENVY but they gave me this it's Super HIGH Fumes and the SMELL IS so strong it made me sick- my work place won't let me use it due to the toxic smell .. Called Envy They said they would help with mix up but instead when Drove there and IT WAS NO help and a bunch of excuses !!! I didn't ask for a refund just a solution..

I also called Envy to let them know my order was missing

the tip cutters I ordered, after leaving a message nobody ever called back. Later when I used the "free e-file" after ordering $100.00 worth of things for the "free file" that they say will be a "good backup". When I went to use it for the first time it lasted 5 minutes. I did talk to somebody, after telling her I loved her glitters, but I had a problem with the file, she said "she'd look into it", she never called back, and after trying to get her attention on facebook again letting her know I love there glitter but the file don't work, they blocked me from fb...lol, I guess I will never see the tip nippers.
