reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I spoke with Amy who agreed to send a refund towards some treatment and offered to extend additional treatments at no charge to see if I would give them another try. I agreed to go to the EP location.

Amy the clinic manager called to discuss options, including refunds, other treatments etc. Waiting for the client to return call.

We have been in contact with client a number of times. Results may vary with each individual(i.e. diet, exercise). The Maple Grove Manager has offered different treatment options, additional treatments, products. We will have another manager contact the customer.

I made 2 payment of $121.06 , but only recieved credit for half of the payment. They inflated the price because I could not medically continue with the treatments.

We are sorry that the client is unhappy with the prorated value of the services that were received and the value of the product that they have retained. No additional refunds can be offered. We are certainly willing to discuss the matter with the client directly if she would like.
