Driver seat frame needs to be replaced but dealer is refusing to cover 100% of the cost associated with the seat replacement I brought my Infiniti Qinto Orlando Infiniti on or about July to address an issue with the driver seatI was advised by the dealer that they inspected the vehicle and it was fineI brought the vehicle back to the dealership in to address another issue and also to ask them to look at the seat again as the seat continues to move forward upon braking I was first told it was fine but after much push back, they agreed to look at the seat againThe mechanic immediately acknowledged upon seating in the vehicle that the seat should not be moving as much as itI was advised they would address my concerns and it should be handled under [redacted] , since I had initially made them aware of the issue when my warranty was still in effect I am now being told they will only cover a portion of the charges and are requiring I cover a portion

Poor Service Avoid these Crooks!! I came in for a routine oil change and Orlando Infiniti offered an extended warranty and which I added to my vehicleI Dropped my vehicle off a month later for repairsAfter Orlando Infiniti had my vehicle in their possession for over four weeks, I received a call from the service manager Lee M [redacted] stating that the warranty wouldn't cover my repairsI contacted the warranty company which advised that Orlando Infiniti had sold me the wrong warranty (Orlando Infiniti sold me a warranty for a brand new vehicle)Lee M [redacted] attempted to lie and defraud paperwork to avoid taking responsibility for this errorI asked to speak with the General Manager, which he never called and continued sending messages through Lee and I just couldn't believe the poor level of service and unprofessional behaviorI've contacted corporate relations which advised this location is a franchise and there's nothing corporate can doHearing the name Infiniti you wo

They have not refunded a wire transfer that I had sent in regards to the purchase of a carSale did not proceed I contacted Orlando Infiniti almost days ago in regards to a vehicleI decided that I wanted to purchase the vehicleI sent them a small wire transfer for a down payment in the amount of $2,I was going to then put another amount on my credit card for more of a down paymentThe rest would be financed through my bank, in which I was already preapprovedI was then told that in order to hold the vehicle, all of the money would have to be wired to themOf course, if I wired the entire amount to them, then I would own the car and they would have to hold it What they were proposing would allow them to sell the car I put money down on while my bank was processing the funds to pay for the carI decided not to do business with this dealership due to bad business practicesI was told that I would get the down payment back and it was being processed with the finance

My son has been looking for a car for months and finally found a vehicle within his budget, that he LOVED and felt comfortable in purchasing from a reputable car dealership
Please note this was his first ever car buying experience
On Monday January 25th, *** found a BMW 335i with all the bells and whistles and was very excited to get to the Orlando Infiniti Dealership to test drive the vehicle and was also prepared to make the purchase pending the test drive results and payment calculated
While test driving the car on Tuesday January 26, *** noticed the "coolant low" message listed on the navigation display and alerted Zach, Zach said "we will take care of that"

Brought vehicle in for air bag recall and after the repair, door locks were no longer working
I brought my infinity FXin for a passenger airbag recallThere was an issue (non related to this complaint) where something in my vehicle stopped working while they replaced the air bagThat issue was fixed but in the process, the door locks for the passenger door in the front and both door in the back stopped working at the same time (meaning that the doors don't open and close by the button or key beeper, it now has to be opened and closed manually)I did some research and the part is called "lock actuator" and they all stopped working at the same time, except for the driver doorI let the dealer know if the issue and they said that it was not related to the work doneMy concern is that this is an electronic problem and the vehicle was worked on some electronics things, including the replacement of the batteryI just want this to be fixedFor all doors to lock an unlock au
