I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

CONTRACT OR STATEMENT THAT THE BUSINESS PROVIDED IS A LIEFROM THE START OF GETTING THE SUV THEY PUT MY PAYMENTS A WEEK BEFORE MY PAY DATE WHICH I DID NOT AGREE ONI HAVE PAPERWORK IN MY CAR PROVING THIS STATEMENTI DO NOT WANT THE SUV BACK I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I WASTED ON THIS CARI PUT DOWN ONLY HAD THE SUV FOR DAYS IN THOSE DAYS MY PAYMENTS WERE LATE BECAUSE OF THEMI WENT AND TALKED WITH THEM TIMES ABOUT THE RIGHT DATE IT SHOULD BE ON AND TIMES THEY DID NOT CHANGE IT SO MY PAYMENTS COULD BE MADE ON TIMEMY SELF AND SOMONE ELSE SPOKE WITH THEM ON THE PHONE ABOUT THIS, I WAS TOLD BY SEVERAL PEOPLE AND LAWYERS THAT I MAY HAVE GOTTEN SCAMMED AND NAMED THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED THERE AND GOT ALOT OF BAD FEEDBACK ABOUT THOSE EMPLOYEESI WENT ON SATURDAY 08/19/TURNED IN MY KEYS AND WENT TO GET MY BELONGINGS OUT THE SUVTHE PERSON HE HAD GIVEN THE KEYS TO OPENED THE GATE THEN MADE A STATEMENT SAYING YOU HAVE TO PAY ME CASH TO GET YOUR BELONGINS OUT THE SUV AFTER ALL THE BAD THINGS I HAVE WENT THROUGH WITH THEM I COULD NOT BELIVE HE SAID THAT TO MEI TOLD HIM I WILL NOT PAY YOU ANYTHING TO GET MY STUFF OUT OF THERETHIS IS A VERY SHADY BUSINESS WHO NEEDS FURTHER INVESTIGATION
