I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, the restaurant offered to refund the full value of the mealWe reject this offer because the restaurant owner, whom we have never seen nor met, defends against my statements by slandering me and my family, including wife and three young childrenThe specific unsavory statements are that we are 'free loaders' and made 'statements.' We found the food simply terrible tasting and unsanitary, and indicated this to our female server, the Revdex.com, and the county health inspector. Further, re: the menu price - why was I provided an outdated menu but charged for the meal based on the new menu with a higher price? This came off like a classic bait and switchAs an attorney at law, I am familiar with the subtle differences in the law. So, instead of accepting customer criticism and complaints, the restaurant owner prefers to deny and defameTherefore, a condition to accepting any future offers by the restaurant is for the restaurant to refrain from engaging in slander , retract any slanderous statements made about my person and family, and to duly apologize as any decent and honorable person would

Dear Sir or Madam,We are responding to your letter of correspondence on the above referenced complaint and ID number ***.Per our current Revdex.com review, we have not had any complaints since the opening of Enzo's BBQ, and if there is a complaint, the owner, *** ***, addresses it
immediately.On the date the customer and his family came in, we were in the process of obtaining new menus and the customer was advised this, so when the customer complained about the pricing, $was immediately taken off the item as to honor and/or rectify this inconvenience to him, but this did not seem satisfy the customer.Also, it was after the customer and the family ate the meal, they said they found hair not on just one item, but Our business is A rated by the Department of Environmental Health and follows the standards and regulations for our industry to avoid such instances.As for the claim regarding the ribs; all meat portions are weighed by our restaurant scales that are certified and labeled by the Weights and Measures of San DiegoIf the customer was unhappy with the onions he should have informed the server prior to he and the family eating the entire meal to lodge a complaint,We have very happy customers at Enzo's BBQ and are happy to accommodateWe do feel this customer made these statements in order to get the entire meal free of charge, but to address this claim, we would like the customer to come by the restaurant and meet with owner, in person and he will reimburse him the desired settlement of $58,60.Sincerely,*** ***
