E.O.C. Parts

This is a scam company. They're running a "bait and ditch" scheme on Amazon under the name "B2C." EOC, aka B2C, is selling car parts for cheaper than competitors, marking the items shipped, never actually sending the package to USPS, and then claiming the item was lost by USPS. Oddly, the same exact item will be posted the day after the sale at the same higher price of competitors. Customers wait weeks, months or literally forever for a refund. With this scam, EOC is effectively using Amazon customers as a 0% credit card. AVOID this unethical company like you would an angel of death.

Ordered from them they shipped me one piece of the kit, there are 4 other pieces not sure what he is doing, he obviously doesn't have any inventory and is simply a middleman that can't even relay the order correctly... I'm still waiting to see what's going to happen next or get a refund through Ebay...No quality control don't buy from this vendor...

Ordered parts for bmw transmission, received 3 parts out of seven ! Complaint on ebay and they sent me a return label. No explenation or excuses to send the remainder of the parts. Will se if I get a credit back.

Ordered a 4 pack of spark plugs, as per description of Amazon's web page. . Received only one plug. Complained to Amazon, after which I received the remaining 3 spark plugs.

I made a second order for a 4 pack of spark plugs. Same thing as before happened!

I ordered two auto parts from this website that I ended up not needing in order to repair my vehicle. I have been trying to return the parts for over a month, but I cannot reach a live person at the company in order to determine how to make the return. The website lists two phone numbers; one leads to a voice mailbox that has been full for a month and the other leads to a disconnected number. When I sent an email to the address listed on the website, it was kicked back to me as an invalid email address. I have also completed 4 contact requests form on the website over the past few weeks, and no one has ever gotten back to me. As far as I know, the company is online only. The address I provided is the return address that was listed on the shipping label.
