I'm customer with EoDData for several years nowEoDData always had a very bad (slow) customer service witrh naswers only after support requests I subscribed as a platinum meber to end of day stock data for several exchangesAnd since Sep 12, no more Options data is delivered (neither via download from homepage nor wen service)Since mid of September I've written support requests with no answer nor resolution

EOD Data advertises like historical data for "old" companies is available, for example [redacted] which went out of business Here is their advertisement: http://www.eoddata.com/StockQuote/NYSE/BSC.htm After I purchased the historical data, I found [redacted] was missingThen I found a page with fine print says only active symbols are availableNonetheless the advertising that shows historical data for [redacted] led me to buy this dataI would never have purchased the data if it weren't for the advertisement I emailed the support email address a question about this and I did receive an auto response, but after several days I still didn't receive a real response so I emailed againStill no response days and several emails later

These people can't be contacted I've used their support email several times and they provide no response They don't publish their phone number Currently advertised data is not available and their is no acknowledgment by them of this or any indication if this will corrected

Cannot get any resolution from companyPurchased Platinum membership so I could download Options dataThis data has not been available for over weeksCannot get a resolution or replyJust a refund for remaining months for membership would be sufficient but cannot get reply from company

This business is a scamIt claims to provide data and supportThe data is not complete or accurateI have emailed them at last times in the last weeks for support due to the data not correct and for other helpThey have never repliedThey also claim to have over 175k customers but there is no way based on the web statsThey take your money and never follow up Read about all of their complaints across the net

They advertise US Options data But it is not there After purchasing a subscription the latest data was stale by over months Complete failure to respond to customer support requests Fraud business Avoid

Simple, company claims to have massive amount of historic option price data Tried multiple names formats, nothing Does not work, complete fraud, simple names like SPY not hard to find Multiple attempts to contact customer support = no response

Signed up for some historical data and paid $Emailed the support email address a question and received an auto responseAfter several days I didn't relieve a real response so I emailed againStill no response days and several emails laterThe data quality is not what I was hoping forThey advertise as if data for historical companies is available, for example Bear Strearns which went out of business *** However the fine print say only active symbols are availableOf course I didn't read all the fine print until after I paid $downloaded the data, and found that Bear Strearns data is missing

I signed up for the serviceIt wasn't at all what I expectedI wanted stock options, which was listed as a serviceBut then I had to request *** by *** dataAdditional fees were requestedI contacted them numerous times and asked to cancel my subscriptionYou see, the take your credit card and bill it monthly but there is no method to cancel itThey don't answer e-mailsAccording to my definition of a scam - this fits nicelyThey take your money and make it impossible to unsubscribe after giving shoddy serviceAvoid like the plague!

We are having trouble with our current US Options (OPRA) feed. At this stage we do not have a date by when this issue will be resolved, but we have contacted OPRA directly in an effort to find a resolution. We will let you know as soon as we have a solution.   Thank you for your patience…
