EON Smoke is a horrible place to deal with! Wish I can give them NO STARS, THEY SUCK!
They should not even be in business anymore with the way they treat their customers as well as their quality of so called products.
The pods that they manufacture are ALWAYS different colors and tastes.
Most companies want to help with the situation...not them! They refuse to assist with shipping costs with for a return that is their fault! They act like, oh well, screw you, not our problem. This is infuriating to me for this company to be so deceptive in their practices!
Will be contacting authorities to voice my issue.

I ordered and got a tracking number on 11/28/18, but when I follow up on that number still says it hasn't even gotten to the post office to be shipped, 20 days later. They took my money and never sent the product. I have emailed twice and gotten no response at all.

Review: I've been purchasing eonsmokes products on an off for almost or around 1 year. I would buy from the local convenient store and also from website occasionally. Everytime I purchased there products I always recieved a defective product, every time. There quality is terrible, but I still bought because I had there product and it was easy to buy and replace. They always replaced the product, but with inconvenience to me , such as packaging and sending the product back myself and using my own money to do so, with no extra compensation for investing my own time and money into there defective product.

Last month I bought 25 cartridges from a local store and 15 were defective. Over 50% of there product did not work. They replaced the product. Out of the 15 they sent as replacements 4 more were defective, its a never ending cycle of bad product from them.

Upon contacting them that there product has been defective and I want a replacement, [redacted], the CS rep, said she wanted to call me to further assist me. But that was not the case, [redacted] further insulted me and claimed me of Credit Card fraud and I could not buy there product anymore on there site. Fraud that was over 1.5 years ago she claims, with no proof to bad it up. No tracking numbers, no email address, no IP address, nothing. In my opinion, eonsmoke is lying, or has very bad database management and has issues with there system. Because I do no do credit card fraud. I will be filing a separete complaint specifically for this, as its a whole other matter.

I'm assuming she wanted to call me to accuse me of fraud as there is no records of her doing so, there is no evidence she has accused me of fraud, which makes this even more suspious. I do have all emails prior to that conversation and every email after that they ignore.

Settlement: I want a full refund of all 4 cartriges. A big $12 this company fails to pay out. Fails to honor there product and refund policy. Its sad I had to contact Revdex.com to get this resolved. I will not send the product back unless it is convenient for me to do so. I must be sent a package to my house to return it with all shipping paid by them. I will not waste any more time and money doing so, as contacting the Revdex.com is enough time wasting over $12.

I am rejecting this response because:

I never asked for replacement cartridges. Seems like no one read my complaint. I want a refund of 12.00 for the 4 bad cartridges I have. I will send them back if needed, only after I am sent a package to send them back in, with prepaid shipping. I've sent back cartridges too many times to eonsmoke at my own time and expense. Besides, I have no use for replacement cartridges, I use [redacted] after eonsmoke was rude and would not accpet my business any longer.

If customer still insist for refund. They must send back the replacement package back first.

Review: Over two months ago I received a product (6MG of Menthol) cartridges that I paid for and ....when it arrived, all cartridges were EMPTY, no vapor in them whatsoever.

Now, I reordered 18mg and have been waiting WELL past the time it takes to receive a package and have yet to receive any word from the business on when it is arriving. Tho they've taken my money on BOTH occassions and their customer service (Namely a lady named [redacted]) have been EXTREMELY unwilling to resolve either issue. Which is a shame being this is a New Jersey business and I love to support them.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund on all orders I have yet to receive and a refund on the 6MG cartridges that had zero vapor.

Review: I am the owner of a HP TouchSmart 320 computer. I bought it two to three years ago, and it has served me perfectly. Approximately three weeks ago I bought an EON Smoke e-cigarette in hope of quitting a cigarette habit. The device operates from an electric charge through a computer USB port. When needed, supposedly you can charge the device by plugging it into your computer. I plugged this into my computer port and when I returned, about 1/2 hour later, I unplugged it. I went to use it and it had no light. Then I looked at my computer and I noticed it had been turned off. I tried to boot the computer back up, and I got nothing. I looked at the power supply, and there was a small green light blinking and beeping sound coming from it. I took the computer to a technician, and he told me the motherboard was blown out, and that it was beyond repair. I contacted EON Smoke and sent them a copy of the receipt that the technician gave me explaining what the status of the computer was. They phoned me and told me that they would only accept a "forensic diagnosis" stating that it was there device was the cause of the blow-out. The technician stated to me as well as them that he could not say for sure that it was the e-cigarette that caused it. But, like I said in the beginning of this email, my computer worked fine before I plugged this device into my computer. I cannot afford a "forensic diagnosis" because I am out of work. I need my computer to look for work! I do believe that EON Smoke is ignoring me because they know I can't afford the "forensic diagnosis."Desired Settlement: I sent EON Smoke a copy of the computer I own from a Best Buy website. This lists the price on it. I believe that they should be responsible for what there product did to my computer. I would like to have a refund check sent to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that EON Smoke has lived up to their responsibility as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) and I believe that more people who by this product will experience the same damage to their electronic equipment. Furthermore, I believe that the only way EON can rectify this situation is to replace my computer.

Review: I placed a order for cartridges from company , I got a letter from [redacted] post office saying it was there when I went to retrieve it they said it was lost. I tried to get in touch with Eonsmoke several times to get cartridges resent via email and phone for the past two months and nobody will get back to me. I spent over 30.00 and never received product. They have a 30 day money back guarantee, yet they avoid you . This is the worst company when it comes to customer service , I have called over 30 times , and sent emails yet nothing.Desired Settlement: I want my money back or cartridges resent to a different address asap, or a credit .

Review: I purchased a eon smoke electronic cigarette. the sales rep informed me there was no nicotine whatsoever in this product. upon further investigation I found out there is nicotine in the product which caused me to relapse on smoking, I now have nicotine in y system that is going to cause me to fail a nicotine test and delay my surgery . I called te company to explain what happened and the two reps I spoke to had no regard for my health or my problem. it is not stated anywhere on the package or in the package that this product contains nicotine. the first rep was [redacted] and she basically laughed at me when I expressed my concern. the second supervisor refused me her name or any info that identified her. she hung up on me twice and told me never to call there again, she also said she was not going to apologize, she also said its none of my business what her info is and she attacked my personal issues at home and told me I was a bad mother that needed to take care of my kids. she was rude, disrespectful and I don't believe that she even has a job speaking to people that way.Desired Settlement: I expect the women to be fired that spoke to me that way, she is a utter disgrace to society and should not be allowed in the public dealing with business matters, I also expect a refund or free product for my inconvenience of course (nicotine free)

I dont feel that giving me free product is it all going to excuse the behavior that the representative displayed towards me I think of the other disgrace that people like that have a job these days when there's people that are begging for jobs and you could give me all the free product in the world and it would not make up for the way that I was treated I want that employee fired or some kind of consequences cause I don't believe she deserves to have a job dealing with customers she is in the wrong line of work.also I think it's a very coward move that she couldn't even call me and apologize that she had one of her employees call me and give me a generic apology

I just called the customer to apologize for everything. I'm sending her products, and it has been reconciled for the most part. She is still adamant about the representative that spoke to her so heinously be fired or at least reprimanded to fully resolve the complaint.
