Review: This company was referred to us by an asbestos removal company to do the air monitoring and provide all documentation necessary to the NYC DEP in order to close out the asbestos issue. The proposal dated July [redacted], 2014 was accepted, signed and then paid on Oct **, 2014. To this date, this company is refusing to fulfill their contract and close their job with the City of NY. Our client is now seeking a lawsuit with damages as it has been more than 8 months since this company has received payment for this work.Desired Settlement: Provide close out paperwork as required and stated in proposal or refund monies paid.
