client was not happy as the return for her husband had rejected due to EITC issuesReturn was subsequently refilled without EITC and was accepted by both IRS & PAAs tax preparers and CPAs we cannot always control when the IRS will reject returnsRather, if they reject, we work to correct
the issue, even if the result is a lower refund for the clientIn this instance, there was no additional fees charged to correct the return
In this issue, there were returns filed @ $each and the person filing the complaint IS NOT filing the complaint for HER returnit is for her boyfriend
Given that both returns have been filed AND accepted, there is no reason to consider a refund
As a firm, we prepare and file over 1,tax returns annually without issueThis includes returns that had been rejected and required additional work to file the returnsThis client was simply looking to get the largest return as she is looking at this to help fund her weddingWe are sorry that the return in question did not provide the return SHE wanted, but the services were provided that she paid forI have attached proof that the refund was issued

I am rejecting this response because:
The problem was that the company filed both of us claiming our son, which the one partner told me that's what happened. I feel like this is a mistake that should not happen with  a very experienced firm. I still need copies of the completed tax forms for my records which I have asked for a couple times and still have not received. If I knew I was not getting as much back I would not have filed I my taxes through them and wasted my money I would have done it on my own. At this point I don't really care about the money as much as spreading the word that this company does bad business and does not stand up to their word.
