EP Fitness and Roca Fitness

This crook of a company is refusing to cancel my account even though I am no longer under contractThey asked me to send a written letter to them to cancel so I did and now they are claiming they never received it! This is a gym not a super important medical thing for you to require me to jump through all these hoops! It is my money and I no longer want to go to your gym!
I finally got fed up and changed my credit card only for them to petition visa and get my new card and charge me $Please avoid doing business with these thieves!!!
