Very Poor Qualty
I’m in the middle of a $44,400 patio and can honestly say the quality of the EP Henry wall pavers are terrible. Corners missing, inconsistent shapes resulting uneven corse lines and terrible color. We went with a charcoal cap on the wall and they were almost white. We had holes in the wall where large stones popped out. They just finished the wall and I’m hoping the floor pavers aren’t the same quality as the wall.

Had EP Henry pavers installed roughly 5 years ago and it had been nothing but a nightmare since. The stones started popping and chipping right away. All said, I have had to replace popped or chipped stones 4 times and guess what? They are popping and chipping again. On top of that I’m also no longer getting a response from anyone at EP Henry, including the President. The new stones they put in last year are popping and chipping as well. All the bullnose has been replaced and they are popping and chipping. I’m so disgusted with the product and service.

Horrible Product
If you purchase EP Henry Pavers like I did a few years ago. You’ll be sorry you did. Pavers have been chipping since day one and this company won’t do anything for you. Take your money elsewhere and go with another popular product.
Trust me they don’t stand behind their product. The blame and point fingers at the installation company you hired.

I’m writing this letter in response to the complaint you received at your office from Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] contacted our office on 5/13/15 tovoice her displeasure regarding the appearance of her patio.  During the week of 5/28/2015 an onsite inspection was...

conducted by a member of the EP Henry Quality Assurance team atMs. [redacted] home. During that inspection our employee found that there were no warranty issues with the patio and explained to Ms. [redacted] that the minimal aggregate materials showing were the results of normal weathering. EP Henry provides a limited lifetime structural warranty with proof of purchase for paving stones and wall systems.  A defect in "structural integrity" means the inability of a properly maintained paving stone orwall system product to perform the function for which it was designed due to defects in material. Ms. [redacted] pavers do not qualify as a warranty issue. After EP Henry’s representative informed Ms. [redacted] that this was not an issue,she contacted her contractor that installed the patio who contacted our local sales representative. At that time despite not being a product issue, EP Henry went above and beyond the terms of our product warranty and agreed to providereplacement material for the patio in attempt to provide an acceptable resolution to Ms. Barker.  Ms. Barker declined our good faith efforts and asked us to not only provide the material but also pay for the installation of the material. It is clear that coveringthese expenses are not the responsibility of EP Henry. If you need any additional information from me please let me know.

Review: I had an EP Henry Devonstone patio installed approx 6 years ago. Over the past 3 years we have noticed the aggregate coming through the stone and making our 25,000.00 patio look like small speckled stones. I am very dissatisfied. I contacted the company and they sent an employee out to look at the stone. He told us it is normal wear and tear. This is not normal. We had to have a few stones replaced one year after original install and those stones still look like new... knowing that they came from a different batch a year later shows that there is in fact a defect in the product. The company that installed the stone also agrees that this is not "normal" I have seen paver patios that are over 20 years old that are not having this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like EP Henry to replace defective stone. This product is very expensive and is considered a lifetime product. not something you replace every 3-5 years.

Review: I've been having problems with EP Henry from the very beginning. I was asked to Lie to [redacted] about the work that was being done, not to say that there was a 3rd party contractor and not to question any fees when speaking with [redacted] to get the loan. All this AFTER applying for the loan and getting an approval for $6,500.00 for landscaping work. The fact that a company puts a customer in a position to have to lie because a contract has already been signed is extremely unethical.

I was charge a fee for a loan that was provided from **. I keep getting the run around. I finally got someone who I though was going to refund the Money 100% back to **. I was promised that this would be done on at the beginning of July 2013. It is not July 25th, 2013 and I still can't get them to refund the money to [redacted].

I just want the money to be returned to [redacted] as I have been billed for services NOT provided.

I am turning the Revdex.com for help.
