As our customer, [redacted] has access to our
unlimited
technical support and one-on-one client training at no charge. During
their tenure as a customer, we have proactively offered them assistance and
additional trainingIf they felt there were any issues with the product that
was holding them back from using it, we were willing to help them.
Until the sudden request to cancel last week, we had not received any
complaints or issues from [redacted], regarding the product, that would indicate their dissatisfaction with the service. There was no indication they were experiencing difficulties that would warrant the request to terminate the contractWe are unable
to control a customer's decision to not use the product, due to no fault
of the product or ePath Learning. Regarding the contract, its terms are
clear, including the period of time it is in affect and what constitutes
cause for termination. We negotiated the contract with [redacted] in good
faith

I am rejecting this response because: The statement provided is untrue we contacted the business customer service several times due to difficulties operating the website. And there is no where in the contract that states we cannot terminate or cancel our service with them!

Review: Our business signed a contract with ePath learning on 01/22/2015 under the acknowledgement that they would provide excellent service and that this product would be very beneficial to our company. Futher down the line we learned that the product that was sold to us does not meet the criteria nor the standards that meets out business needs. On 09/30/15 we contacted the VP of client services Steven M[redacted] to inform that we were unhappy with the services what was explained in the beginning is not the same now and that we wanted to cancel or terminate the contract in exchange we were told that we have to keep paying $625.00 monthly even if we dont use the services and that we have to stay in the contract . I then requested that a copy of the contract be sent to our company in which it was and nowhere in the contract does it state that we cannot cancel or terminate services I tried to explain this to Steve in which I mentioned in the previous part of the statement and he stated to me that just because it is not in the contract doesnt mean that it is not the rules. So at this point we had to further escalate the issue and file an complaint.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of the services, we would like them to terminate our contract we no longer want the service
