During their tenure as a customer, we have proactively offered them assistance and additional training. If they felt there were any issues with the product that was holding them back from using it, we were willing to help them. Until the sudden request to cancel last week, we had not received any complaints or issues from [redacted] , regarding the product, that would indicate their dissatisfaction with the service. There was no indication they were experiencing difficulties that would warrant the request to terminate the contract. We are unable to control a customer’s decision to not use the product, due to no fault of the product or ePath Learning. Regarding the contract, its terms are clear, including the period of time it is in affect and what constitutes cause for termination.
