Terrible staff service attitude keep charge me without consent
I had bad experience with this company. Charge me without consent. I tried to find a solution with them but this girl call Bonnie tried to persuade me to accept and tried to offer some masks. I told her clearly I need to talk to her supervisor she tried to get around and bs. So I left my request on their website and surprisingly they called me back and I asked her name she said”doesn’t matter who I am! “ and turned out to be her AGAIN! Such scammer! She seems tried to stop me talking to her boss! But anyway they charge me again due to the fact we don’t have any transactions buttt it’s all because their poss machine didn’t work any more, I’ve been contacting them for months and still not solved, finally they try ship me new one and they shipped to some other address and during this time they charge me more than $100 again! Every beginning of the year they charge more than $300 something this year they charged me more than $400 plus another $100 I will keep reporting them terrible

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Hello, First of all, Epay World’s claim about contacting us repeatedly regarding the dispute is inaccurate We did not receive any phone calls and the first notification we received was a letter dated on On the other hand, we were the one that contacted Epay World (in the afternoon on 1/*/15) and spoke with [redacted] ***, who was the senior accountant according to the letter that we received There was no contact number on the letter, we had to look up the number online We had explained the situation to her (basis of this complaint- about no fees etc), we actually received a run around from [redacted] World that we need to contact the agent Shortly thereafter- we contact the agent, [redacted] & her supervisor [redacted] (no last name given) about the situation on the same day and we received the same run around that we need to contact Epay World In summary- this appears to be a tactic to shift responsibilities between the agent and Epay World in order not to honor the verbal agreement that was entered into between the agent and us We decided to cease our relationship with Epay World as our credit card processing vendor as a result of this dishonest business practice, because the agent had promised us there would not be any additional fees during the initial negotiation Further responses to Epay World's claims are listed below: 1) Closing fee- as promised, there would never be any fees 2) ETF- the attachment- we never received a copy of this agreement, as to the point above- agent promised there’s no fees at all In addition, what constitute as ‘early termination?’, we cannot legibly read the fine lines as to what would ‘not be early termination’ We did receive a template from the agent (as attached), this is the only agreement that we have, which does not state any ‘termination fees’ of any sort It does mention a terminal fee (number below) 3) Terminal Fee- we returned this terminal shortly after the termination on/around January ***, which we believe should satisfy this requirement and should not be charged this fee To substantiate our claims- we included the agent’s contact name and information We also have a voice recording from a wechat conversation regarding this whole ‘no contract/no fees’ issue However, Revdex.com website file attachment does not support .wav file, we can gladly email this to the appropriate area The voice recording is the response from [redacted] and [redacted] (who were agents that we negotiated with - VIP payment- ###-###-####) - it was a response to our question of the fee structure The recording dated February *, 2015, the voice recording is in Chinese- Cantonese (the main language in which the initial negotiation between agents and us)- it is our understanding Epay World also understands this language as their main number found online [redacted] has both English & Chinese as a menu option Further to this, we feel that this issue can be resolved and should be resolved by Epay World reaching out to the agent and honor our original ‘no fees’ agreement Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Horrible company that lies and takes money straight from your account. Also, they are clearly posting fake positive reviews on here so that people won't see the truth which is that their clients are NOT satisfied. Avoid them at all costs if you know whats good for you!

The processor said that the customer care spoke with usWe told them that we will be renovating for some time so we won't be processing like we usually doShe said it was alright as long as we processed for days, it's alrightI even told her that we would only be processing around $1,and she said it was alrightHowever, I processed around $2,Also, on the phone, the customer care said that we can get full refund of the equipment but in the end, she didn't give us full refund.
I want my refund of $that they took away from the days processing.

EXTREMELY unsatisfied with this company! They have been working with my trust in allowing them to have access to my account. I feel if a company extracts money without your permission its stealing. Unfortunately, this company has taken money out of mine. Please don't trust them. Hands down to this company would not trust them at all. Be aware!

Very UNSATIFY. They have a lot of lair that lie straight to your face. Don't ever trust this company. They promised us their price is going to be cheaper than the current merchant services we had. At the end the price is double the amount they said.

I want to share how grateful I am with Epay World and their rates and services. They lowered my monthly merchant processing fees to almost half. My Account Manager is always available to answer any questions I may have.

Not true what your saying

I received a call from Epay World from an Account Manager and he easily explained all the rates and services the company provides. I have been with them for over 4 months now and I am very happy with all the customer they have provided. I am also very pleased with how much I am saving with Epay World.

Epay World has been my merchant processing provider for the last 3 months and I am very pleased how much I have been saving on my merchant processing fees. I will definitely recommend it to any business that wants to save on their merchant processing statements.

I highly recommend you communicate all your questions and concerns with the Account Manager who process and submit your case for your companies merchant services. They really did help me and a friend who owns a business save tremendously on our monthly processing . My station works perfect and the system installed apps help me promote services to my client and beat my competitors to the weekend deal offers.

I have been using Epay World as my merchant processing provider for amount 7 months now and I have to say that I've had a great communication experience, especially with my Account Manager. My Account Manager is always available and willing to assist me with anything I need to make my Merchant processing an easy process. When I initially signed up for their services, my agent explained all the terms for the services the company provided. I was also pleased at the fact that my agent did not seem to try to oversell me any of their products, instead I was asked many questions on reference to business needs. I am also happy that now I am saving a significant amount on my merchant processing.

I am a client located in Miami and I was contacted by agent from Epay World located in Aventura and I was extremely impressed on how helpful the agent was to meet my merchant processing needs for my business. They offer great competitive rates and the greatest advantage is that they actually have a local office, which my agent can easily come and resolve any mishaps. I have been using their services for the past 6 months and I would highly recommend their products and services.

We charge him the fee based on the agreement that he signed, please see the attachment.

I cancelled their service at 8/**/2015, and they charged me $599 at that time. According their response, their company will hold it for 6 month. But right now already nine month past, I did not get my refund yet. Every time I called their company, will get the same reply "[redacted] " From this time reply, it is the same. There is no exact date when I can get my money back. I think their response is just a perfunctory. Maybe the following 2 - 3 month, I still can not get my money back. I need my money back right away, not just send a request to accounting department. I need to know exact date when will they mail my refund check out.

After reviewing the details of the compliant,  we had bring up all the information about merchant.  We found out that this merchant was refused to pay for his own statement fee of $79.08 (ACH Rejected) at first place, and we contacted merchant by calling them tried to solve this ACH...

rejected issue, however we chased down that merchant has already change their processor without notify us.  Since we know merchant had change processor we have to collect any fees that applied according to the documents we have on hand.  We did not successful collect the statement fee and other fees this merchant owed, because merchant is unwilling to make these payments, thus we have no choice but send it to collection agency to collect the fees.1. Closing Fee this is part of the services fee that we will collect when merchant request/attempt to close account.2. ETF The MPA form that merchant signed clearly indicated of $500 ETF. (Please see attachment)3. Terminal FeeFree use terminal form also state if we do not receive the terminal within 10 calendar days of termination or expiration.  We will charge for any fee that applied. (Please see attachment)

[I request full refund, $599, but they only credit back $299.50 to me. Their customer representative [redacted] called me at [redacted] and asked me to sign an agreement with company in order to get my fund. I asked her how much they will refund, she said $299.50. I said I only use your service less than one month, and returned your equipment in excellent condition, why you charged me $299.50. She said "[redacted]" I asked her if I did not sign this agreement what will happen.  She said I can not get a penny if I did not sign this agreement. 
So I have no choice. In order to get $299.50, I must to sign this unfair agreement. This is so ridiculous. If you charge me 10% or 20% reasonable price, I can accept it. But 50%? No, I can not accept it. 
I just want to remind other customers, you must keep away from this company.  Do not believe what they said to you when they want to you to buy their service.  After you buy their service, it's so hard to quit. They will ask you to sign agreement with their company when you decide to cancel their service. T  ]

the sales agent said there was no contract and and no statement fee NO ! NO ! credit card terminal was free. No termination fee since there is no contract. in March, 2017 when I agreed to use their service. They ACH debit my account under name epay world . But they also debit my account in the name of Bank Card for the fees 39.95 monthly. Contacted them since my accounts been open they give me the run around.
