Review: This company is calling daily sometimes hourly about a loan application that was never filed and they are trying to collect a fee for no service rendered.Desired Settlement: A stop to the company hounding us about the unfiled application and for them to cease these fraudulent actions to collect money from unsuspecting people.

Review: Representatives from this company continue to call our office after several requests to stop calling. First I informed them that the name they are calling for is not listed on our office register and therefore cannot assist them. After the fourth or fifth call, I asked that they remover our number once I realized it is a soliciting call; I was rudely told "No". The next call I received, at approximately 4:00 this afternoon, I requested to speak to a manager. The representative continuously refused to forward me to a supervisor or manager and then represented himself as a manager. I asked for his full name, which he provided "[redacted]" and as I informed him that they have called multiple times throughout the day and need to remove our number and any associations with our number. I regularly update the 'Do Not Call' registry with each of our 'hunting' lines (lines forwarded to our main number). After emphasizing that they are tying up our phone lines, he proceeded to tell me that he really liked my voice and other inappropriate comments for which I hung up immediately. I tried to find them online to locate a corporate contact, but none of the contact or information links worked. The number that showed up on the caller ID is [redacted]Desired Settlement: This company is either offering fraudulent services or has contracted a very poor calling service.

I would like to see that they no longer contact our office and have hopes that if it is discovered that they are fraudulent that they be shut down.

Review: This company is involved with another jet payday .com. Both of theseCompanies offered a service( payday advance) which neither follow through with . However they do continuously call me harass me and ask for personal information including bank account number social security numbers and other things. I believe they are using my information illegally and using myidentity. I did not ask or allow any of this and they continuously harass me and non stop calls from 3 diff numbers. [redacted]. It's very upsetting the amount they call today alone7/30/13 I've received 22 call with 7 voicemails all askin for the same info an promising the same service which none follow through with.
