Standard Heating & Air installed a heat pump unit in my atticIn doing so, they damaged my ceilingI agreed to split the repair bill for the ceiling, and *** (with Standard Heating & Air) hired a sheetrock installer to repair the ceilingUpon completion of the work, I paid 1/of the repair billThinking the charge seemed to high, I then called the repairman who did the actual work to see what he had charged Standard Heating & AirHe advised me that he had not figured out the price yet, and he needed to meet with *** that day to give him the priceI then called *** and asked him when *** (the sheetrock repairman) had given him the price, and he said "the day before"I called out *** for lying to me about the charge and when he had received the billI find ***'s business practices shady, as he charged me what was supposed to be half of a repair bill before he even knew the actual amount of the billI definitely will not do business with this company again and would advise others to steer clear of Standing Heating & Air Conditioning Coof Morganton, Inc

Review: I ordered food from Ephesus Mediterranean Restaurant in Bellevue PA and it was never delivered. I called and spoke with the manager who received order however ,who stated it was not his problem. In the delivery instructions I stated to knock on the door due to the door bell does not work. I checked repeatedly and the food was never delivered.

We have been loyal customers to this establishment for years and we tip well.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund due to I do not trust they will remake the order fresh.

Review: On Sunday May 11, 2014 I ordered a pizza from this business and did not receive what I ordered.I have ordered from this restaurant in the past and have never had issues with them until now.My order was paid in cash in the amount of $25.05. I ordered a BBQ Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings. The wings were correct however the pizza was not. I received a BBQ chicken pizza which had green peppers and onions on it. I have never and do not eat those ingredients.The manager said it was not their fault and that I ordered incorrectly. I asked them to please bring the pizza I had ordered and pick the one they had delivered up (I still have this un eaten pizza.) The manager refused to remake and deliver a pizza for me.I then asked for them to come and pick up this pizza and refund my money. The manager stated this was not an option and she would rather loss my business than make me another pizza or refund me my money.I am OK if they no longer want my business but am requesting that I be reimbursed what I paid since I did not receive the product I wanted and was unable to eat what was delivered.I realize mistakes happen but the customer should not be out money for product they did not eat or order.I am asking for some assistance here in getting this matter resolved.I still have the pizza and have no problem returning it.I appreciate the time and help or direction with getting this resolved.Thanks for your time.Desired Settlement: Since the manager stated she would rather lose my business I would not like a replacement any longer.I am asking that they take back this pizza and refund me my money.

Review: Hello, I never had an issue with ephesus until tonight. My friends and I order from this company all the time. Tonight I witnessed the worst customer service. I order a large 2 topping with a side order of 12 wings. The gentleman that took my order told me that it would take about 45 minutes to deliver (which was fine). An hour rolls around and I haven't received any phone calls, so I call to check in. The gentlemen stated on the phone that I should receive my pizza shortly. I wait another 15 minutes and at that time I decided to look outside my window. When I look outside the deliver guy is sitting outside my house with his four ways on. When I go to my front door I saw that he had his head phones on and just sitting in his car. The driver saw us, scrambled to get my order and ran up the stairs. It was raining really hard outside so I let him in the house. I asked the driver if how long he had been sitting outside he really didn't have an answer. I asked him if he called he stated he called several times and I told him I never received any phone calls. We get my order and he looks at me as if I owed him cash. I let him know that I paid over the phone with a credit card. He looked confused and stated " I am only the driver". So okay I though maybe their was a miscommunication well I asked him if he had the copy where I need to sign the receipt and give him a tip and he stared at me like I was saying something wrong. I kept asking him and he said that he only has that receipt. I got a little frustrated so I said okay and the driver left. Just to add he left with the only receipt and it had someone else's name on the receipt instead of mine. I didn't like that he stated that his manager was crazy. Even if the manager was crazy I don't like how the driver used my order has his "break". I called the manager and he stated that I was asking too many questions. I asked a very serious question " how are they going to process my receipt without my signature".Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund because tonight made me double think about ordering from this company again. This is upsetting because I order from this company all the time.
