Epic Car Wash and Detail

Had my black Suv detailed here in Jan 2016. They had my car from 9:00am until 6:45pm. I picked it up it was dark. The next day there was swirl marks all over my vehicle. And the scratch they said they removed is still there. So disappointed in the outcome of my experience with this company. I now have to have it completely redone and hopefully the swirl marks can be fixed. They messed it up bad.

My looked as though I had cleaned it, not a professional. My seats weren't cleaned well, neither was the dashboard (you could see dried markings from them wiping it...perhaps with a dirty towel??) and my A/C were still dusty. My windows still had water marks. What a rip off! And to top it off they kept my car overnight...plenty of time to clean it professionally.

I had my car cleaned by Epic Car Wash and Detail yesterday.
They did a really thorough job, better than places I have had it done by before, who have been in business a much longer time.
My car is not only clean in all the nooks and crannies but it is so shinny.
Supper job inside and out.

I have had 2 car detailing from them. The first a year ago in a different location was excellent so I tried them again. This time at the McHenry location was not good. I paid for a detailing as before for the car inside and out and the engine. Because of my first experience I picked up my car without a thorough inspection but when I got home I noticed white spots all over the car and had also noticed car windows and mirrors had water spots. I then opened the hood and realized they had not cleaned the engine either but when I called and left a complaint I received no response that they would do it after the fact. I dont know what happened, but not what they used to be.
