On Wed 24th of February I was recommended to Epic for funeral t-shirts, I arrived at the shop spoke to owner in which I was told shirts for 225, being a shirtasked if they could be done by the evening of Friday 2- to be able to get them to Anaheim, Ca for funeral, owner said he would call to let me know on Friday if he was able to finish, but for sure Sat morningthe form shown on his attachments was not given to me to fill out I wrote it on a small paperR.I.P on top [redacted] with XX-X-XX birth date, then X-death dateOn Sat, I still had not received a call about the shirts so when I was called at pm on 27th of Feb to pick up the shirts, I sent my partner to get the shirts, my partner didnt look at the shirts nor was she asked to look as stated, they were already stacked on the table, with a younger boy asking how to put the shirts in the bag, because he was recommended not only thru his family member, whose reunion shirts were made and my family member, whose shirts with his tatoo shop logo on them were made, she didnt think to lookmins prior to receiving shirts I was told funeral had to be postponed for reasons unknown to meI did tell him about the error , I was on my way to L.Aat that time, I did txt I was ok cause I thought I would be able to have enough time to see if he could at least put like a solid black band like around the shirt to just cover the bad dateI did not call demanding anything because after speaking with him about his error I never spoke to him againi did leave a txt message stating I would like it fixed I would of even been satisfied with the black ribbon to just cover the mistake, and because he didnt respond I then threatened with the Revdex.comI never wanted the money back I just wanted decent funeral shirts, I would even accept half back cause I ended up spending more to make them myselfI did try to take them back and each time I did theres was no one at the shopIm asking for full reimbursement

2 days later she is demanding them fixed then started demanding her money that's when it started. She was ok one minute and mad the next. That was not necessary contacted police but nothing could be done about it because they were not in my place of business. Are doors has no refunds or exchanges even on our windows. I did try to take them back and each time I did theres was no one at the shop. Im asking for full reimbursement.
