Watch out for this SCAM My father was called on the phone and convinced to hand over his credit card number to pay $to set up his own business to refer small businesses to Epic Media, who claimed to offer those businesses a cheaper credit card processing systemMy dad isn't senile or stupid, and is aware of scams, and spoke with several people at the "company" who all sounded very convincing They even sent him an email confirmation linking to a legit-looking website: [redacted] which upon a closer look just falls apart as a facade of a fake company that claims to be a media company but has a half-assed and obviously fake twitter account Here are other people's experiences with this company, which also goes by [redacted]

I too was called on the phone and convinced to pay $249 to set up my own business to refer small businesses to Epic Media for credit card processing services. After speaking with my "personal coach" and other employees at the "company" who all sounded very convincing, I then agreed to wire them $2,000 to purchase guaranteed leads for my new website. I was also told by my "personal coach" that I was guaranteed to make my initial investment back in 12 months or they would give me that plus 10%. After contacting Brittany (the young lady who answered the phone) every other month asking when I was going to start making money, she advised me that I needed to give it more time to work since it takes time to get payment from the new customers. As of two months ago, their email box is full and their phone has been disconnected.

Watch out for this SCAM.

Freelancers Beware! I did some work for Epic Digital, which they loved, but I never got paid!

Review: This company advertised on social media for making money from home. When I called I had a salesman who was relentless. After a couple of hours on the phone I finally agreed to try the opportunity. I gave him my credit card information and agreed to pay the $495 for a website they would set up for me to earn (too good to be true) money. They set up a website but I had to work with a mentor to show me how to use it. This mentor explained that in order to make good money I needed to invest $4500-$9500 more for them to refer people to my webpage. He was also high pressure but I do not have that kind of money so it wasn't a temptation. He hung up mad and rude. So I have signed papers where I agreed to pay $495.00 for a webpage that I can do nothing with. They agreed once to give me my money back, but fired the girl "Kayla" that I have on a recording saying they'll pay my money back and now I cannot get my money back. Oh -- and when they talked me into doing this, one of their tactics was to take me to the Revdex.com and show me their A+ rating. There is NO WAY this company can be legit. It was the biggest mistake of my life.Desired Settlement: I would be very happy if I could get my money refunded, like they promised me on February 18, 2016 at 11:13 am.
