I was able to find that this customer was registered in our database but under the address of [redacted] with a different phone number The notes indicate that Mr [redacted] contacted us on April 7, with a complaint that his dishes were not drying Mr [redacted] is located in a very remote area with no factory certified service companies or selling dealers that are remotely close (Mr [redacted] purchased the dishwasher online) Our call center suggested using a rinse aid for a few days and see if that helped, On April 23, Mr [redacted] called back to report that our suggestions did not help so we provided him with the direct contact number for our tech line for additional assistanceOn April 30, we left a vm for Mr [redacted] to see if tech line was able to assist him, we had not received a response as of May 7, so we contacted him again Mr [redacted] indicated that he had not had a chance to call our tech line, we informed him to do so We received no further calls regarding the drying issue.Mr [redacted] has posted on our Facebook page Oct 28th & again on November 5th, it was routed to one of our customer care advocates who left him a voicemail & sent an e-mail with our contact information We received an e-mail back from Mr [redacted] and we again asked for a contact number to reach him directly Attempted a call on Nov 6, LM, attempted another call on Nov 9, LM received a call back and we put Mr [redacted] in contact with one of our technicians, as he indicated that he would work on the dishwasher himself if we provide the parts and pay him $70hr.We are currently working with Mr [redacted] in order to resolve this matter
