Epic Insurance Brokers

Have home insurance with EPIC Brokers and Consultants/Blair and Company and I think they are the worst. We pay over a $1000 a month in insurance and when we need them, they want to turn the claim down with evidence right in their face. I had storm damage to my roof and the inside of my home, and they want to say they see rain damage, but no shingles missing so they are not going to cover it really. Also, one of the ladies that works in claim management that I stayed in contact with name Darlene Norris was extremely rude through the whole process and was always trying to cut me off when talking. The adjuster even stated he saw rain damage when he came to the home and still wouldn't fix my roof. It's not right to pay so much in insurance and they can't even accommodate you when needed. EPIC does not deserve my business or anyone else's. I advise you to go the other way and find an insurance company that is friendly and helpful because EPIC Brokers and Consultants/Blair and Company is not it! I wouldn't put insurance on my dog with them, they may not want to pay the vet bill.

Purchased insurance for our travel softball team which is branded as USSSA but sold and serviced by Epic Brokers I should hesitate to use the word service In my opinion, I didn't experience service Unfortunately, EPIC is unable to produce insurance certificates in the format required by our County to allow our team use of their fields This means their insurance is useless to us Within days of making the purchase and realizing the limitations of EPIC, I asked for a refund and purchased insurance with another company We now have duplicate policies and EPIC refuses to reimburse and has refused to discuss Efforts to escalate my concerns to the senior leaders at EPIC have gone without a response Based on my experience, I caution any individual or employer considering doing business with EPIC and instead consider all the other exceptional brokers (some of whom I've worked within in a professional capacity) In my opinion, EPIC does not deserve the business and, in my opinion, does not reflect the standards of a Revdex.com company
