Hello working with this company has been a nightmare we paid for service and the owner Alex always tells me that he is coming back to finsh the detail
That is very easy to fix and that he is going to order the equipment and he never does we call and text him and he doesnt answer. We called his wife last week and then he gave us a call back telling us dont worry I will order the equipment and come to your house on monday and he never showed up or dont answer the phone. I dont think is right we pay for our service with are hard work money so I dont recommend this business company to nobody is the worst by far people stay away he will take your money and dodge you until you stop chasing him. He is very unprofessional never on time and is not a man of his word. His address is
I would like for him to come back and finish the job proper thats all i ask for nothing more nothing less just want to be treated fairly and i feel like i have to beg i paid for my service.

Paid in full June 2019. Over 10,000. Job never completed! Still half finished 8 months later
In June of 2019 I paid Alexander G over $10,000 with a check and I paid him some in cash. He wss to do my kitchen and cabinets. he came installed my cabinets, Drilled thru my electrical, messed my electricity up! I still don't have electrical outlets! No Electricity in my kitchen for 8 months!!! The kitchen is incomplete.... I have contacted Alexander G many many times. at 1st he would schedule to come over. Never showed up, never called. I would wait for him he never showed up. Now, he just doesn't return my phone calls.. He was paid in Full. My kitchen is still a disaster. The backsplash is uneven& incomplete.
I would like some money back so i can hire someone who is qualified reliable. I must fix my electrical & my tile& backsplash
On the date of Jun 12/2019 Epic Kitchen did an agreement with *** to remove exiting kitchen ,install new cabinets , quartz surface, undercount sink and connect pluming .Total of $10,000, were $8338.42 was for material and $1,661.58 for labor.
Backslash materials was provide by client and labor was including on the $10,000 job
She took some time to pick backsplash because she was not sure what to get. After that material was incomplete making me go back 3-4 time to trying to finished the job.I cannot continue going to her property because I am 3h far away from her. So I decide to hire an installer to finish her backsplash, having the same issue, incomplete material or not be able to get in the property. I have on record the contractor text telling me the situation.
On the time at the site job I DID NOT-have any electrical issue by me drilled the wall. I went to her home a few time after job completed and not have problem with electrical.
I did recommend the client an electrician for some fixture she wants to install.
I did try to work with the client on the pass regarding theses issues , but I choose not to answer the phone because she was very disrespectful, nasty with me on her text and threat me.
At this point I do not want to deal with her because the threat. I have all her text on record as well.

I absolutely do not accept his response!! He says that I did not have the backsplash to complete my kitchen & made him come back 3 times... that is a complete lie& not the truth at all!! *** is rite across the street from my home. Less then a mile...& I only had to buy more backsplash 1 time while he was there, which took me less then a half hour& the backsplash is still in my garage floor!!! For over 7 months... I have asked many times to come back & complete the job.. the first couple months he said he wa as coming & never showed up or called.... I was to the point of begging him... he would always say he wss coming & didn't. Finally, after he promised to have it completed by Thanksgiving & that didnt happen. Then, I stressed to him my entire family was coming for Christmas to PLEASE have my kitchen done. I expressed that I i didn't have the electrical outlets working & needed to cook. Again, I was promised that someone would be there Christmas eve to fix my kitchen.... the man came to my house on Christmas eve 5 hours late! & left within minutes saying that he didn't have the correct tools& didn't realize that there was so much work to be done...Not to mention the Crown Molding that I paid for which was never installed. When I asked him about it months ago, he said thst it had fallen off his truck & he would replace the crown molding. At this point, over 7 months later& many broken promises, & a non working kitchen, who could be nice. Yes, I was upset & told him basically how I felt.. in no way did I threaten him. The problem is that he was paid upfront ( now I know that is a huge mistake) he came here twice, he has ruined my electrical system by drilling thru when putting the cabinets. My lighting was never installed, probably because he broke the electrical. He is not being truthful. I have no reason to contact the Revdex.com & file a complaint. I have never done that in my life... I usually never complain about anything! Even in a restaurant. If I i don't like it, I don't eat it!! This is so frustrating & then to see his response is even more frustration. He definitely is not a good business man with no regard to how he left my kitchen. The way I see it, is he took the money& ran... bad business. Bad work
