Epic Land Holdings

Normally if you have a pleasant experience with a business transaction, you just go on your way, but when I saw a negative review I felt compelled to post a review about my own experience with the Company I recently did business with Epic Land Holdings, where they made an offer on a Florida lot I owned for many years I no longer had plans to build on the lot so decided to sell Epic promised to close within days of me signing a contract with them This sounded reasonable, because when I spoke with a Realtor about listing my lot with them, they wanted me to commit to MONTHS (with no guarantee it would close) and they encouraged me to list the lot for even less than Epic offered me!!!! The Realtor thought this would help it sell faster I decided to go with Epic, and I was very surprised when I got my closing documents via e-mail in about a week! Epic,and the Title Company made the process so easy! The Title company emailed me my documents and instructions, I didn't even have to go there in person to close! After I mailed back my signed documents, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a check about a week later from the closing So my lot closed within about two weeks, from start to finish, and I had NO problem with any part of the transaction While I'm sure Epic can't please everyone, I am very happy with my experience with them, and I have referred my family members to sell their lots to Epic as well

I am a builder located in Citrus Springs Florida I recently sold lots to Epic Land Holdings, after they sent me an offer in the mail It took about days for them to close which was less than the contract period of days I received a check from the Title Company two days after I returned my Closing documents I was just trying them out for the first 5, but I plan to sell them a large package of lots now that I know they will follow through

Epic promised to close within 60 days of me signing a contract with them. This sounded reasonable, because when I spoke with a Realtor about listing my lot with them, they wanted me to commit to 6 MONTHS (with no guarantee it would close) and they encouraged me to list the lot for even less than Epic offered me!!!! The Realtor thought this would help it sell faster.
I decided to go with Epic, and I was very surprised when I got my closing documents via e-mail in about a week!
