Review: On February 1, 2014 I ordered a sweater from epicmobonline[redacted] website. I went through the process of ordering and paid for the sweater and money was withdrawn from my account. After placing the order I did not receive a receipt nor did I receive any shipping information. About 1 week after placing the order I emailed [redacted]) asking when I would receive my order he replied stating in about a week. Still did not get any receipt or tracking info. Another week goes by and still no sweater. Emailed him again and same response I should get it in about 1 week. 1 more week goes by and this time I emailed him stating that I wanted a refund since I did not receive anything yet and now we are approaching 1 month from date of order. [redacted] stated that I could send him $20 and he would rush ship it. On epicmobonline[redacted] it states that epicmobonline[redacted] provides 100% free shipping. So I started to wonder what was going on. I replied back stating that I just wanted my money back. [redacted] reply was that once I receive the clothing I could ship it back at my cost and then he would give me a refund once he receives it back. At this point [redacted] was getting nasty in his emails stating that he was the only one doing the shipping and that he fills 1000 orders a week. I responded back stating that I do not care how many people you do or do not employ it is not my responsibility for shipping your product. I paid for a product and expected delivery. I then informed him that he had 24 hours to respond to my email since on his website it states that epicmobonline[redacted] will provide tracking information on all orders when contacted which I never received. I did not hear back within the 24 hours and now I am filing this[redacted]plaint so that others do not get scammed by [redacted] at epicmobonline[redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want the refund for the clothing that I never received.
