Wonderful service for the company, called because the blue tank outside near the water heater was starting to leak and I call on 9/28/and by the afternoon on the same day there was a representative that works for the company Epic plumbing and he was able to get the issue resolved and no questions askedi would most definitely recommend Epic plumbing as the plumbing company to use

Stay awayThey are a complete ripoffI had an ejector pump replaced by themYes, they quoted me a price of $upfront to install the pumpI was naive to the cost of these pumps and was too busy with work to do some research on my ownTurns out you can get the very same model pump they installed, online for $from a plumbing supply warehouseSo, basically I paid several thousand dollars for them to install the pumpCall me stupid for being taken, but this is outright robberyThe owner told me that they install these pumps in *** all the time and nobody ever complains and that's the price they chargeI guess everyone else in *** has money to burn

I had been using Epic plumbing for the past 5-years for a variety of repairs, mostly for *** toilets (but that is a story in and of itself) We had Epic replace our galwater heater (with an *** *** in 6/2013) all worked fine until Janwhen rust appeared signifying a total failure of the the unit Epic was prompt in replacing the water heater HOWEVER, they charged me $to replace the under warranty unit and a couple flex hoses in about an hours time I have checked with handymen and they said that installing a new one should not have been more that $if thatI wrote a letter to the company saying I was very unhappy with the excessive charge for the new installation Never heard back from them

*** *** who is the IT person for this company illegally hacked and key logged my computer and then once he acquired all my personal login information from the key logger he then *** to access to my email and bank accounts and changed my passwordsI notified the owner of this company that their employee did this because I feel that all of their customers have a right to know of ** *** illegal actions before they give this company their personal information such as their credit card informationWhen I contacted the company via email to try to let them know they responded back asking why I needed to speak with the ownerWhen I told them why they then completely ignored me and never respondedI feel that anyone who illegally hacks into someone's computer should not have access to their company's personal data including their customers credit card informationI have filed a police report and there are now pending criminal charges with the *** Police Department against *** ***

This company is very much recommended ! The gentleman that we had come help was named Brett . He helped us and did outstanding work ! The lady who contacted us and followed up etc was amazing even going as far as to find the number for the representative and distributor of the part that had broken. thank you so much, [redacted].

Exceptionally poor customer service. Dispatcher was rude and sarcastic with me and proceeded to quote absurd prices for a very small simple task. I would not recommend this company for any sort of plumbing services.

Epic was prompt in replacing the water heater HOWEVER, they charged me $849 to replace the under warranty unit and a couple flex hoses in about an hours time. I have checked with handymen and they said that installing a new one should not have been more that $350 if that. I wrote a letter to the company saying I was very unhappy with the excessive charge for the new installation. Never heard back from them.

Called for a plumber to repair my water softener and got a salesman instead. The person they sent out was friendly and polite. However, once he verified that the the water softener wasn't working correctly, he showed little interest in fixing it. He went on to tell me how it was a poor design, how many things could potentially fail, and how parts are hard to find. Seemed an odd way to describe a product they had sold and installed less than 8 years ago. Further investigation indicates that these softeners have a design life of 20-30 years with some minor maintenance every 5-10 years. Parts are easily available. $100 will buy every part that you could possibly replace. Of course, actually repairing it would cost a fraction of the $1200 I was quoted for new one.I will never call this company again and cannot recommend them.
