When Bolton & Menk did a boundary survey on the southern line of the property, they were able to detect no encroachments (see attached), just as both cabin owners had stated to the employee from Epic Property Services a week earlierShe did not bother to check her work while on the property which led us to a $bill from Bolton & MenkObviously, the paperwork from Bolton & Menk was enough to satisfy the legal requirements for the title company and the bank that financed the buyer, or the deal would have not proceededWe could not proceed with the incorrect property sketch that Epic providedI would be completely satisfied if Epic Property Services would split the cost of the unnecessary $billIf they would kick in $500, I would drop the complaint

We could not proceed with the incorrect property sketch that Epic provided. I would be completely satisfied if Epic Property Services would split the cost of the unnecessary $1000 bill. If they would kick in $500, I would drop the complaint.
