I had a horrible experience with this company managing my property
They took their cut of the money every month, but did not service tenant issues and would often not return my e-mails or callsThey let issues at the house (such as a broken fridge etc.) go for months or more than a year and let the tenant trash they houseThey did not want to give me my last rent money when I left them for another companyThey regularly failed to get me the legally required tax documents (1099) on time
