For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company states that they were not trying to be misleading, however there have since been several poor reviews and complaints against this company that I have found all over the internet with the same complaint I haveI am not trying to be greedy I just want my money back so that I can take the DNA test with the actual *** company instead of the *** companyWhile there may have been a picture to show what a results page looks like, there was still nothing about the example image that would inform me It was not the company I thought It wasIt does me no good to get a digital image with some numbers on It for resultsI need DNA data that can be synced to the ***.com database so that It can be usefulSince *** aka HomeDNA can not export the DNA data I provided so that It can be used with the *** database I have to take another complete DNA testIf *** was able to accommodate and export DNA data that was able to provide the information I needed I would accept that rather than money to recover costs and take the DNA test over again with ***. ***’s response of apologizing for me feeling misled is not an acceptable response in my opinion as they are not taking any responsibility for the deception or even standing by the satisfaction of their productThey also provided no offer of assistance or resolution. Hello, We understand and appreciate *** ***’s point of view, however we have never attempted to emulate nor replicate any other DNA testing laboratory We unfortunately cannot issue a refund based on this premise The report provided to *** *** is what was advertised, a sample report is also viewable on our website for potential clients who would like to view it before purchase, and we definitely encourage anyone who is interested in our test to view the report here.As the testing was completed as we were contracted to do, reporting was made available and viewed by *** ***, we will be unable to issue a refund on this test.Thank you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In the most recent email response I received from them *** they tried to claim that I never even had submitted a DNA test with them, which is very different from the email response they gave to Revdex.comI have contacted *** with concerns but It wasn’t until I received my results that I realized It wasn’t what *** would have given me as resultsMy complaint isn’t regarding not receiving SOME kind of results...my complaint is regarding the deception of the company in name and image, and in receiving results that were actually useful and served the purpose I neededThe price I paid for what I believed I was receiving would have been worth the price, but the small amount of data I received for the price I paid is not worth It and It is not enough useable data to even have transferred to another company to get more results.Part of the reason there were only a handful of emails back and forth with *** is because I spent a good amount of time talking with *** as well trying to figure out why my results weren’t synching up. I didn’t realize until very recently that I was talking to two different companiesI have screenshots and photos of how the website and name were designed at the time of my testThe company has since changed their image and name to be completely different, I am assuming due to complaints similar to mine.Regards,*** ***Attached are documents to support my claim regarding homeDNA (Previously known as ***).
