Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:(1) The original agreement between Epic Services' Authorized Agent - [redacted] **., and the owner was to tear down the old fence (approxlinear feet), install a new fence in a professional manner and workmanship and tear down and remove one (1) shed This hand written agreement, which was bilaterally signed by both parties was provided the owner of Epic Servicez, [redacted] on September (RefAttachment 0798), which completely negates his statement of not knowing the entire scope of the project.(2) Seventeen (17) 4"x4" posts were purchased for the contractor to install It was never my intent to have the contractor utilize old posts I explicitly requested [redacted] as part of the original scope to install all posts 22" deep and enclosed with concrete Regardless of my arrangement with the neighbor does not negate the fact that an unprofessional fence was install.(3) The contractor is adamant on me insisting on a 3-bar fence system Quite frankly, I was and am indifferent on how the contractor would install the new fence as along as it was installed in a professional manner As the buyer, I was relying heavily on the contractor to scope out the project for materials and propose on how to install the fence A bar system was installed by [redacted] , apparently against ***'s approved design (4) Fence repairs were not completed by [redacted] The southeast portion of the fence was not completely nailed to the posts and the runner boards, runner boards were not install properly, 3-posts were not install and newly purchased materials were removed from [redacted] against the owner's requests (5) Ultimately, the owner had to acquire additional services and materials from another firm to correct all issues not finalized by [redacted] or Epic Servicez, which cost the owner in the total amount of $ The owner is requesting damages in the total amount of $due to the unprofessional installation provided by [redacted] and Epic Servicez Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] originally agreed to tear down old fence and replace with new fence, because of his budget only $including materials I approve a bar fence system and knew absolutely nothing of shed demolition [redacted] clearly stated to me that we are to utilize the existing poles of his neighbors side because his neighbor would not pay other half, further more after hanging up phone he and [redacted] went to purchase supplies where [redacted] decides to put in place a bar fence system with the bar fence system price, again I knew nothing about this until I went for inspection and [redacted] repaired troubled areas, I asked [redacted] why the bar system when I only approved the bar and what is this mess out here he replied that it was a shed that was demolished, so with the fence repairs in place and NEW gate construction finished job was done, I will invoice [redacted] $for the shed demolishing and disposal and comp the bar system seeing that [redacted] was never correctly trained on bar fence system No refund will be given as [redacted] tried to cheat my system and clearly ask for free labor

This customer is a professional con man and wants free serviceThis is my final offer I knew nothing of shed and knew nothing of replacing neighbors post due to his original request of not doing so because neighbor would not payPay me $for shed disposal, or on Monday 10-19-I will be placing a $service lean on property and will charge customer with intentional theft of services with local sheriffs department as I have complete list in text of what customer wanted and agreed toPay me $and all this trouble goes awayNo More negotiating on a deal that you agreed toMy name is No where on the contractI knew nothing of your contract and maybe you should go after the person who signed it

This customer is a professional con man and wants free service. Pay me $499 and all this trouble goes away. No More negotiating on a deal that you agreed to. My name is No where on the contract. I knew nothing of your contract and maybe you should go after the person who signed it.
