[redacted] customer service. No updated tracking or shipping information. You get an email saying its been shipped and 2 weeks later still in same place. They replied that it says 2-4 weeks when it clearly states 1-3 but how does it take 2 weeks to cross 2 states.... Because it hasn't been shipped. Dont buy from these guys.

I ordered two items and only received one of them, the military style backpack, but no [redacted] military watch. Company did apologize 1000 times over about the mishap but they went ahead and refunded the cost plus shipping of the watch, not what I wanted but want able to sport the watch I really and still do want, a little long in responding to emails as customer services , but the bag is awesome and served its purpose!

I ordered the Tactical Gloves. Excellent . Totally Satisfied. In Fact I just ordered another pair.

This is an awesome belt held pouch. It keeps a lot of stuff that was normally carried in my pockets and definitely a great deal

I am very satisfied with my purchases. Over $300 worth. The materials used for the bags I purchased were very good quality. The stitching is great quality. The price was extremely low.
The company communicated effectively, gave tracking numbers and my purchases arrived in a timely fashion.
I tell all my friends where to get the bug out and bags from... I'll be back for more.

Great experience! I received my watch in a timely matter. Only problem I had was I did not receive the watch color I ordered and could not wear it when needed......but still loves the wtch ans will be ordering another soon! Lovw the look......thank u much for my arm candy❤❤❤

At first I wasn't sure about this company but I ordered anyway, my watch took like 2 weeks to get here and it was fantastic, even better than the photos they have in display. Would strongly recommend and will purchase again in the future.

Watch was sent promptly. Had to replace the battery as it was running when I got it (no battery protector or it came off). I got the Rose gold and wear it almost every day. It's become my work watch (I do have a couple others). I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Very pleased with the watch. Band is a little large for my wrist so it slides around more than I'd like, but I love the watch.

The design details are great. I don't care that my wife and my daughter give me some grief for my man purse. This thing works well.

Great product. Really useful. Looks great. Holds a lot. It is comfortable too. The customer service was good. They got back to me withing 24 hours and were very patient and polite. It does take a while to receive the order as it came from China and I live in the US. I believe it was definitely worth the wait.

I have made 2 purchases from Soldiers Hangout the last being a small pouch that attaches to your belt and holds a cell phone and other small accessories and has 2 zipper pockets. This product is very well made and it has many uses. I use it also as a concealed carry case plus a cell phone holder. I highly recommend this website to prospective buyers.

I received a belt pack for my phone and other items, which turned out to be too big . have tried to contact Epic Deal Shop at least six times with no response to get my refund back. Will never recommend their company, service or products and will never order anything from them again. They are scammers.

I love the product...all the products...only thing is the time to get your item or items...for me an OCD CANT WAIT TYPE OF GUY...IT WAS HARD...LOL but overall...no ill or negative problems or issues...I PROMISE!!!!
