. EPICLEAR PRO CHARGED ME $39.99 29 TIMES ON MY VISA CITI CARD FROM 1-9 TO 5-21-2019. IT TOTALED $1159.71 . MY ORDER OF 12-10-2018 WAS THE FIRST ORDER NOT INCLUDED IN THE 29 OTHER CHARGES. MY HUSBAND JUST BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION AS HE IS DOING TAXES. I ONLY HAVE MY VISA STATEMENT TO VERIFY THE CHARGES.

Unwilling to return money taken from me after I canceled my service.
I purchased the Skin tag remover on Jun 29, 2018 $44.94. The first time using the product I got a rash. Called immediately to cancel and was told by the nice young lady that She was sorry and I would no longer be charged for anymore product. Received several more shipments which I never opened and wrote return to sender, no longer a valid subscription, Remove me from your mailing list. Looked at my online credit card account today. I have not used the card since July 9, 2018 and noticed I have been charged every month since June 2018 and 4 times in March 2019. Called them and they said they don't have a log of me cancelling or returning any of the shipments. Only refunding the 4 charges in March 2019 not the other $319.92 charged from July 2018 to February 2019. Do not use this company for any reason. They will scam you out of your money any way possible.

kept getting product for three or more months and when I got it all together to return they wouldn't accept it. no other company has this.
charged 44.94 on April 10.

Tried to return the last two and was denied. Left message on answering machine and no phone call. Then called again on next day and was denied with no recourse. Unfair as I DIDNT want product.
