It's filled with excuses, lies and nonsense
First of all, it's absolutely ridiculous to say that if there is a problem with an order the customer should contact their bankThe reasonable thing to do is contact the business that you placed the order with
Secondly, the USPS does NOT say that the item has been deliveredThe USPS says that they received pre-shipping information on December 7, That's itThe package was never given to the USPS to be deliveredI have enclosed a screen cap of the USPS tracking website showing thisIt is confrmable through the USPS website using the tracking number provided by this "company"

Thirdly, the "company's" own website shows that the order is in pre shipment - "We've accepted your order and we're getting it ready" is what the link on THEIR OWN WEBSITE saysI've also enclosed a screen capture of this as well as the link provided by this "company." Lastly, after reading their response, I can only conclude that their complaints department is being run by unpaid high school internsSince they could not even be bothered to check the tracking links that they themselves provided for this order, I find not only their customer service pitiful, but also their manners and their reading comprehensionAt this point in time, not only do I want the item, I want an apology
