Move from *** Took them 1/hours to move miles I paid extra for three men to boot They tore my furniture up and then had the nerve to say it was scratched before hand Not only was my furniture tore up also the door casting and door to the house Plug prongs bent on entertainment center beyond repair The owner [redacted] was very disrespectful...he did knock off $from the $dollar bill but that did not and will not make up for all the damage and stress from the unprofessional movers I have to move again in months and sure the [redacted] won't be using them plus they lost the job on the people that are moving into the house I sold because I sure enough will tell them what a nightmare it wasWould not hire them to move my dog house
I had the experience of using affordable movers and that was the worst experience of my lifeNOTHING WAS PUT IN THE RIGHT ROOM AND IT TOOK THE hours to move my stuff.Called *** explained what happen and was promised a call back once.he talked with the guys never heard backWashing machine off line and Armoire mirror broken,will never recommend them anyone
If I could give this company a zero; I would Moved from ** to *** Now I realize that "they" are not responsible once items go into a *** *** truck; but if it was packed right in the first place; things wouldn't have been scuffed; damaged; or broken Tried to resolve with the owner; he didn't want to hear it When we got to *** and the movers here opened the truck; they couldn't believe what they saw It looked like the *** it truck was in a roll over accident Nothing was tied down and stuff was everywhere We have used *** before and packed it ourselves and moved across the country and nothing was damaged !! And we are not professionals Apparently; they are not either DO NOT use this company if you want your stuff to arrive in one piece !!!
I just wanted to say how pleased we were with Affordable movers service When they showed up with guys and a truck I was not sure how long it was going to take but they had my 2nd story (no elevator) loft apartment completely packed up and moved into my new house within about hours Not only that but they took care of all of stuff Not one thing was scratched or broken They were super friendly and courteous as well! Definitely worth spending the money to have it done professionally I will most definitely use them again
