On June 8th, I asked Motoworld of El Cajon, specifically *** in Sales and *** in Finance, to rewrite the contract they had offered me and that I had signed on June 6th for the purchase of a KTM 250sx dirt bike I asked them to rewrite the contract because I discovered from the bank providing the financing and the company representing the warranty that they had fraudulently presented terms and conditions As a result of this misrepresentation, I signed the contract These are the two points that *** and *** made in order to misrepresent the financial terms of the loan *** informed me that I would only be able to get a lowered finance rate of 5.99% from Synchrony Bank if I purchased a warranty from Western Services Contract *** further claimed that this "warranty" was indispensable to me as an owner of the dirtbike He claimed that if I did not purchase the warranty I would be penalized with a higher 7.99% rate He then claimed that I could purchase this warranty for a price of $891, reduced from $ *** then informed me that I should not cancel the warranty until at least days after the purchase because the bank could possibly get word of the cancellation *** was evasive about what the result would be ***, however, maintained that I should keep the warranty and that it was saving me with a lower finance rate and security for mechanical breakdowns later on I researched the terms of the warranty and uncovered that any of the claims that I could have made would have been rendered invalid because I do all of the maintenance on my bikes, a point I had made to *** On the morning of June 8th I contacted both the bank that offered the financing, Synchrony Bank, and the warranty company, Western Services Contract Both representatives informed me that I was never under any obligation to purchase a warranty and that neither the bank nor the warranty company could enforce such a condition They both recommended that I contact the dealership and request that the contract be rewritten without the terms of the warranty, especially since the contract had only been signed one business day before I then emailed Motoworld of El Cajon with my request They took approximately one week to respond, but they failed to rewrite the contract The contract that I currently hold includes the fraudulent misrepresentation that *** and *** had written into the contract Sychrony Bank informed me today, July 13th, that a refund had been issued for the warranty charge However, the monthly charge and interest accured amounts are higher as as result of the misrepresentation and Motoworld's failure to correct the problem and rewrite the contract So, Motoworld is covering up for their misdeed, but the problem of the original contract issued fraudulently remains

This customer did not receive the return call tags we sent, we informed him to just return the product and we refunded his money Problem solved. *** ***

In any Motel business there is an online reservstion system which follows certain policy of it's own and we at ECONO LODGE (a CHOICE HOTELS franchisee) have certain online reservation policy which is clearly mentioned on the site, and one of them is - same day reservation cannot be cancelled and
it's a non-refundable reservation (as it cannot be cancelled)While bookiing an online reservaton it's very important to check the reservation dates, and the person has to make sure and review the complete reservation details displayed on the screen at FINAL CHECK OUTIf that is NOT reviewed correctly, than it should be considered as human error and NOT the computer pitchWe rightly believe that this is not the computer pitch as the guest is trying to prove it and asking for refund when there is no fault on our side. We tried to help the customer when they ask for change of dates from May to June 12 with the same category of rooms, but unfortunately we were sold out of the same category rooms on that day, which we well informed themAnd we even offered to go ahead with different category of rooms for the date June - the day which they were primary looking for, but thay do not accepted that offerAs the required category rooms were not available ontheir primary required date June 12 we even offered them to go ahead with some other dates but they were even not ready for thatCan you just explain me what kind of fault we are in, and looking into this matter explained, does it looks like we are not helping the guest and not offering any kind of service ?We feel that all other discussion made on the phone does not necessarily mean that we were not ready to help them and figure out their problem. But on the phone the guest yelled on us and tried to threaten us and even told us that they will call the police ! And will be at the Motel in minutes with media people ! Why ? What for ?We are always ready for the customer service and to help them out, and similarly at the same time we do expect the positive attitude from the customer.So,do you expect us to refund the amount where there is no fault on our side ? And where we cannot go against the policy of the Motel ? Mr. [redacted] was refunded the entire amount of the extended service in question, so this issue should be resolved.
